Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Lara è una super host! Mi ha accolta all’ora concordata nonostante abbiamo avuto imprevisti dati dal traffico durante il viaggio! La casa di Lara è in una zona comoda anche per trovare parcheggio ma soprattutto comoda per raggiungere il porto per partire per l’Elba! La consiglio. L’alloggio era molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort, ho gradito molto la presenza di acqua fresca in frigo soprattutto perché arrivati alle 11.30 eravamo molto accaldati! Grazie Lara se ripasso da Piombino tornerò di certo da te.

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Alloggio consigliatissimo, sia per coppie sia per famiglie poiché dotato di due camere e 4 letti (due singoli e un matrimoniale) e spazi molto ampi, ariosi e agevoli. Dalle foto sembra quasi più piccola di quanto non sia in realtà e non manca davvero nulla! Tutto pulito e accogliente. Andrea e la sua famiglia persone splendide in grado di prendersi cura degli ospiti in ogni momento, sempre disponibili e accomodanti in tutto. Si vede l'amore e la passione con cui si spendono a mantenere il posto nel rispetto degli ospiti. Non ci resta che consigliarlo vivamente a chiunque voglia farsi una vacanza in questa zona perché ne rimarrete sinceramente soddisfatti e felici.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

casa splendida in una posizione unica , con vista sul mare limpidissimo e sul paese. La zona è molto tranquilla e ben posizionata per muoversi anche verso i dintorni. Buoni ristoranti a pochi passi dalla casa. L'ospite è stata molto accogliente, ci ha aspettato lungamente e pazientemente a causa di problemi di traffico lungo l'autostrada. Ci ha dato indicazioni sui negozi e supermercati più vicini. Ci ha mostrato tutta la casa nei dettagli indicando dove trovare tutto ciò che ci poteva servire per vivere molto comodamente nei giorni successivi. Il giardino condominiale è davvero bello con piante magnifiche. Insomma, un soggiorno ed un posto piacevolissimi.

The apartment is rather simple, the house a little outdated. However, the equipment is very well thought out - from the bottle opener to the parasol to the trolley for shopping or a visit to the beach, everything is there. The price is absolutely reasonable, especially if you are traveling with several people or as a family. The location is unbeatable. The beach, restaurants and ice cream parlors, shopping - everything can be easily done on foot. But the best thing was definitely Maria-Assunta: super warm and hospitable and always available for questions, absolutely wonderful.

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Parfait petit appartement pour notre séjour. C'était le point de départ idéal pour la visite de l'île ou toute autre activité. Vous pourrez sans hésiter vous fier à Rosalba pour votre voyage sur Elbe ! Merci encore !

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Ingrid was a very helpful and welcoming host! She picked us up from the bus and gave a little tour of the town. The place looks just like in the pictures, very spacious, complete kitchen and the location is right in the middle of the village, no more than 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants etc. Would definitely come again!

Silvias Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt Porto Azzurro hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsberuhigt, man kann aber vor dem Haus kurz parken und ausladen. Man hat viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau, ist toll saniert und eingerichtet. Sie ist hell, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine tolle Küche, ist sehr, sehr sauber und hält alles bereit für einen guten Aufenthalt. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr herzlich, proaktiv und in der Wohnung sind auch viele nützliche Informationen an einem Info-Board. Es gab aus unserer Perspektive rein gar nichts, was nicht toll an dieser Wohnung war und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, liebe Silvia!

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We loved our stay here. It took us a couple of attempts to find it - but we were driving in pouring rain and fog (which was actually very picturesque!). Liza’s instructions were very clear and she was patient and helpful with me as I navigated our way there. The space was lovely - my daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and the configuration of the living room meant that it became a separate bedroom for her which she loved. Nearby Castellina in Chianti is an absolute delight of a town - just a few minutes away - and another 30 or so minutes further and you have all the jewels of the Tuscan region within easy reach. Soggiornare nell'appartamento di Samuele è stata un'esperienza stupenda. Non solo la casa in sé è molto spaziosa, con ampio soggiorno, balcone, due bagni e due docce, ma anche il residence in cui si trova è di facile accesso, con diversi parcheggi e silenzioso (stupenda la piscina!). Ideale per fare una vacanza all'Isola d'Elba e sentirsi a casa. La comunicazione con Samuele è stata sempre molto veloce e chiara. In un mese di soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Se torneremo all'Isola d'Elba questo appartamento sarà sicuramente la prima scelta per noi!

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...

Autentisk, roligt og ukompliceret. Skønt sted. Alt pænt og rent. Smukke og velholdte omgivelser. Poolområdet var en klasse for sig - så lækkert! Der er kun tre lejemål, hvilket gør det meget hyggeligt. Mr. Andrea sørgede for, at alt var ok og i orden - meget imødekommende, men med begrænsede engelsk kundskaber - det gik dog fint med Google translate og almindelig sund fornuft. Mulighed for skønne ture til nærområdet: Cecina er hyggelig og lidt “klassisk” turistby. Her var vi på det ugentlige marked samt spiste aftensmad på marina promenaden med den smukkeste solnedgang. Her er også fine strande. En bil er en nødvendighed. Mr. Andrea spurgte om alt ok. Jeg svarede, at det var perfekt. Han svarede, at ingenting er perfekt. Mit svar hertil var: jo, det her sted var!

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questa struttura con tutta la famiglia (2 adulti e 3 bambini). Ci siamo trovati benissimo: i 2 host Stefano e Christian sempre gentili, presenti e disponibili; piscina TOP; alloggio ben tenuto e funzionale; poco distante dal mare (10/20 min di macchina a seconda della spiaggia scelta); paesi di Campiglia marittima molto caratteristico e con buona offerta culinaria; vicino a zone molto belle tipo Bolgheri; mai sofferto l’afa perché in zona ben ventilata e immersa nel verde! Consigliato!
