Marina di Mancaversa-Giannelli : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Nous avons passe une super semaine dans la maison de Francesco. De beaux volumes, très bien équipé, un parking sécurisé.. le tout a 5 minutes de la plage. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par les parents de Francesco, sa maman traduisant en français les descriptions de son papa, ce qui nous a ete tres precieux !! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermes, vous ne serez pas déçus !!

Very spacious and clean apartment in great location in modern building with secure parking. Very nice large terrace with sea view. Extremely friendly and very responsive hosts ready to help at any time. Highly recommend.

Dejlig centralt beliggende lejlighed. Nød meget altanen, hvor der er mulighed for at nyde døgnets gang i den historiske del af Otranto. Lejligheden er lys, stor, moderne og veludstyreret. God AC system i alle rum. Vær opmærksom på, at der ikke kan køres ind til lejligheden pga. beliggenheden i den historiske del.

The place is better than the pictures! It is huge and the terrace is an amazing . Everything is well maintained. Lucia who assists with the check-in is wonderful - friendly and very helpful. Frederico is a great host. Communication is great. He is incredibly responsive and his instructions and tips are excellent. Well worth the stay!

Posizione centrale rispetto a discoteche / locali e in vicinanza a spiagge.

Das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich als wir angekommen sind, der Check-in hat mit einer Schlüsselbox super funktioniert und die Anweisungen von Paolo wie man die Wohnung erreicht und wo man parken kann waren sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt war Paolo wirklich ein super aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns unglaublich viele Tipps gegeben hat, was man in der Umgebung alles unternehmen kann. Ein absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, auf der man auch tagsüber gemütlich sitzen konnte. Der Strand von Castro mit der Promenade ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt wirklich super und Paolo ein toller Gastgeber.

Pěkný byt poblíž moře a centra města. Nachází se v prvním patře s výhledem na moře i město. Je plně vybavený, parkování před domem na ulici.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la mer et des remparts, vraiment magnifique ! Pour autant nous avons bien dormi la nuit, la rue était calme (et la literie de qualité). De plus, Antonio et Lina ont su se montrer très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement !

L’appartement est magnifique et très confortable. L’atmosphère est très paisible, l’énergie est reposante, la terrasse qui donne sur la mer est grande et agréable. En somme, on se sent bien dans cet appartement ! Et la vue est splendide ! Vous pourrez accéder facilement à tous les endroits magnifiques qu’offre le Salonto. Très facile de se garer en bas de la maison. Marta est extrêmement gentille et donne de très bons conseils ! N’hésitez pas, vous serez très bien là.

Ho alloggiato in questa splendida casa per le vacanze di Natale con la mia famiglia. Locali grandi e molto accoglienti,la casa arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in cucina non mancava proprio nulla.Gli spazi esterni molto curati. La signora Lorella è una persona fantastica ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha coccolati nel vero senso della parola facendoci trovare addobbi Natalizi, un cestino di benvenuto, ci ha portato la mattina dopo al nostro arrivo dei pasticciotti caldi buonissimi e la mattina di Natale dei dolci tipici fatti da lei, i purcedduzzi. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Lorella e suo marito per tutto!

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

Arturo e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti piacevolmente .. estremamente carini . L'alloggio nella sua semplicità e pulizia ha tutto il necessario ed anche più per permettere di trascorrere qualche giorno di serenità. Vista mare impagabile .. per staccare la mente. Grazie di cuore per averci ospitati.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der top ausgestatteten Wohnung von Marcello. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Morgens und Abends haben wir die große Dachterrasse genutzt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und wir konnten jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. In der vollausgestatteten Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war top. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und 100% Weiterempfehlung :)

Location was fabulous right in the old centre close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful interior that matches the photos perfectly in fact the space is more beautiful in person, so tastefully decorated, views spectacular from the roof where we ate breakfast each morning. The kitchen very well appointed with everything we needed. Outdoor shower a treat. Just perfect and would highly recommend.

As Airbnbs go, this place is a stand out. Great location near swimmable beaches, views of the water and a deck with table, nice layout, functional kitchen, lots of parking, walking distance into town and a grocery store, and an amenable, helpful host. A big thumbs up!

Sono stato a Porto Cesareo con la mia fidanzata per una settimana. Il soggiorno da Giovanni è stato impeccabile: a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, appartamento pulitissimo e l’host Giovanni davvero gentile e disponibile, flessibile anche nel check-in e check-out, se poteva venirti incontro in qualche modo lo faceva. Davvero nulla da dire, solo belle parole. Appartamento super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a Casa Giada. Giardino grande e recintato in tutta sicurezza per il nostro amico a quattro zampe. La casa rispecchia le foto, cucina pulita e ben attrezzata, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole. Il bagno seppur piccolo era pulito e ordinato. Nell' armadio abbiamo trovato biancheria sufficiente e pulita indispensabile per il nostro soggiorno. Ottima climatizzazione della casa che ci ha permesso visto le alte temperature di riposare bene. Antonio è stato un host disponibile, amichevole e molto gentile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

il soggiorno da Antonio è stato veramente una sorpresa positiva, lui come persona È amabile sempre disponibile e molto ordinato, si vede che ama la propria struttura come casa sua, Inoltre è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il soggiorno con consigli ed indicazioni utili. i servizi erano esattamente quelli descritti e la qualità degli elettrodomestici era più che buona, inoltre il sistema di aria condizionata è un sistema canalizzato a pompa di calore di ultima generazione che da un comfort eccezionale in tutte le stanze. Sono quasi sicuro di ritornare l'anno prossimo
