One of the best experiences we have ever had with Airbnb. Great hosts always helpful and accommodating. We had few changes to our reservation and they were beyond helpful. If coming back to Viareggio I will not stay anywhere else. If there would be 6 star ratings that’s what I would give them. Thank you for the great experience.

We verbleven in het appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 6 en 8. Alles is tip top. Hierdoor voel je je meteen thuis. Het appartement is ruim opgezet. Aan alles is gedacht. Er is simpel eten en drinken om je de eerste uren door te laten komen, een wasmachine, fohn, zwembad handdoeken etc. De bedden liggen erg goed en de airco werkt uitstekend. Het zwembad en parkeerplek zijn voor de deur. Het zwembad is erg fijne plek om te ontspannen en is nooit te druk. Lucca ligt op 10 minuten rijden en is erg leuk en makkelijk te bezoeken. Er is altijd voldoende plek om te parkeren. Vele andere bezienswaardigheden zijn op prima rijafstand van het appartement. We waren er 2 weken en hebben ons nooit verveeld. Een auto is noodzakelijk. Als laatste natuurlijk Elisa die alles mogelijk maakt. Ze doet dit uitstekend. Alles is tip top en met een fijne en positieve energie maakt Elisa het tot een prettig verblijf. Als er iets is of nodig is reageert ze snel.

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

L’appartamento di Alessia è perfetto! La vicinanza al centro, al mare ed ai servizi lo rende ideale per fare un soggiorno a Viareggio. Comodi anche le due camere ed i due bagni. La cucina è dotata di ogni accessorio…. Ci ritornerei senz’altro.

Un appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Le plus le garage sécurisé à proximité. Massimo a été toujours très réactif à nos messages. Nous avons passé mois. De temps que prévu, avec une urgence qui nous a réduit le séjour de 2 nuits. A noter que plages et Cinque Terre ne sont pas facilement accessibles si on n’est pas motorisé.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Niché dans les hauteurs de la Spezia, l’appartement de Enrico est idéal pour un séjour aux alentours des Cinque terre ! La cuisine est très bien équipée, les espaces agréables, et surtout les attentions de Enrico sont vraiment appréciables ! Nous avons passé un court séjour mais cela doit être vraiment agréable pour plus longtemps également. Enrico est très réactif et chaleureux par message, un plaisir d’échanger ! Attention à l’accès sans voiture, il y a un bus direct entre Pitelli et la gare centrale, idéal mais peu de passage peut être… Merci mille fois pour ce séjour et cet accueil ! ☺️

Angela’s place was fantastic and exactly as pictured! We had everything we needed and she was a fantastic, friendly and informative host! The location was great. I’d recommend Angela’s place to anyone.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelina et Luca. Ce sont des hôtes incroyables, très accueillants, à l’écoute et d’une énorme gentillesse. Une très belle rencontre qui restera gravé dans nos cœurs. Le logement correspond à l’annonce. Il est très bien équipé, propre et proche de toutes les commodités. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons à 1000% ce logement.

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

Appartamento davvero bello, accogliente, pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e ben riscaldato. Oltre alle piastre c'è un condizionatore d'aria/pompa di calore in cucina che supporta anche le camere da letto (con le porte aperte). E' presente un pittoresco soppalco rustico in legno sul qual c'è un salottino con TV molto grazioso e gioia dei miei bambini (che non perdevano occasione per salire su e guardare la TV oppure semplicemente giocare). La struttura si trova all'interno di un complesso condominiale al quale si accede tramite cancello automatico a circa 300 m. dalla Tosco Romagnola, raggiunta la quale si può prendere poi il bus 190 verso Pisa oppure Cascina (entrambi a circa 10 m con i mezzi). I condomini incontrati sono stati cordiali. L'host è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha offerto molte informazioni, si è mostrato super disponibile ed è stato molto flessibile sull'orario di check out (non avendo per quel giorno altre prenotazioni). Lo consiglio davvero vivamente.

Siamo stati molto bene, condominio tranquillo negozi di tutti i generi vicinissimi. Poi il mare e il lungomare proprio a pochi passi...

È stata gentilissima, ci ha accolto benissimo, la casa impeccabile. Io e i miei amici ci siamo stati benissimo, casa bellissima e spaziosa, vicina al supermercato e comoda per andare verso il mare. Ci siamo divertiti e non si voleva nemmeno andare via dalla comodità e bellezza della casa. I 100 giorni alla maturità passati benissimo grazie a questo alloggio comodissimo.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

The apartment is beautiful, decorated, perfectly arranged for the family. Everything is clean, new, carefully designed. The apartment in the forest is beautiful and there is room to walk around and even a place arranged for yoga, hammocks, sitting areas. The hostess helped us a lot! Best Local recommendations made our trip wonderful (don't hesitate to ask!).

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

Everyone should experience this once in their life. Will definitely come back here. The view is spectacular.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Emily. Net buiten de muren maar de stad lag op loopafstand en in de buurt van het appartement zaten ook leuke restaurantjes en bakkertjes. Aanraders zijn Osteria al Borgo voor lunch of diner en voor een koffietje met iets lekkers zeker eens bij Pasticceria Sandra Bianchi langsgaan! We zouden deze plek iedereen aanraden. De hottub hebben we niet gebruikt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und der Abend im Jacuzzi war traumhaft. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit übersetzer App klappt auch die Kommunikation gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer geräumig. würden wir weiterempfehlen :)
