+ Alles gut und Franco ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber + Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit + Franco zeigt einem die Gegend. - Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen Laut. - Es gibt keine richtige Küche.

Ottimo soggiorno a Parghelia ad agosto. Bilocale in Villa molto bella. panorama dalla finestra della camera strepitoso…direttamente sul mare e su Tropea. Ancora più suggestivo godersi i tramonti meravigliosi direttamente sulle sdraio posizionate nel parco della villa. Tutto pulito e in ordine al nostro arrivo con L’host sempre presente e disponibile. Pro attiva e reattiva la Signora Ivana non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Un plus per la cordialità. Appartamento ben attrezzato e funzionale. Meravigliosa la ventilazione naturale dello stesso. Aria condizionata non utilizzata. Ideale per vacanza di mare con famiglia. Location vicina alle spiagge di Michelino e Vardano,…circa 10 minuti a piedi. Paese di Parghelia ancora più vicino. Tropea a 5 minuti di macchina. Posizione strategica davvero. Complimenti. Ottimo soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato con una famiglia di 5 persone, in appartamento trilocale, come da descrizione, vista splendida, dal balcone, sul mare della costa degli dei, la posizione è sicuramente la caratteristica di punta di questo appartamento, che si trova all'interno di un piccolo residence ben curato; a pochi metri di distanza la scaletta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Michelino.

Все дуже сподобалось, Danilo дуже ввічливий та хороший господар, постійно нам у всьому допомагав. Також організував нам трансфер від апартаментів до аеропорту. Море поруч, 200-250 м до пляжу, на пляжі пісок, хоча у морі є каміння, але поруч з Briatico є дуже багато красивих пляжів без каміння у морі. Рекомендую і до зустрічі наступного року!

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit einer Wahnsinns Dachterrasse - super ausgestattet, toller Blick, absolut ruhig, teilweise überdacht, ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen. Die Bilder zeigen alles - genau wie beschrieben, super zum Wohlfühlen!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans l’appartement et la résidence. La piscine, grande et belle, était à deux pas de notre logement. La résidence est magnifiquement bien entretenue par Carmelo et Maria, sa femme. Les deux deux sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Bert et sa femme ont été d’excellents conseils pour les plages, parkings et restaurants à proximité du logement. Ils ont également été très réactifs lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Studio fonctionnel et agréable dans un magnifique cadre naturel et paisible, avec un belle piscine et des hôtes accueillants et flexibles

The Villa was perfect for our holiday. The villa was spacious with large bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The view over Tropea and Stromboli was amazing. The outside space had lots of room for our family and the pool was loved by our kids. It was a short walk down to the shops and the excellent vegetable and fish market and a further 5-10 minutes into the centre of Tropea and the beaches. Tropea was amazing, the beaches are beautiful and the water is crystal clear. Even in the end of October the water was warm and we had hot weather. Snorkelling and exploring the sea caves was a highlight of our trip. Salvatore's restaurant recommendations were fabulous, as were the local food & produce. We highly recommend the villa and Tropea. Salvatore and his family were excellent hosts providing us with help, advice and a welcoming stay.

Ideal place to stay in Tropea, plenty of free parking options and a short 15min walk to the old town. Excellent coffee shop nearby, good supermarket right across the street. Giulia was very responsive and easy to reach at any time. The place is larger than it appears, but be aware it is just one big space, there is no separate bedroom. The big draw is the beautiful view across the cemetery, of the ocean in the distance. We would definitely come back!

This is a fantastic and unique place to stay! Without repeating comments from previous reviews, this place is 100% spotless. Everything you wish for is there. Making the daily morning coffee in a percolator on the wood stove brought back nice memories. Great and authentic part of Italy to explore (with a car). Flavio and Luigi are truly the best possible hosts, hospitable and very helpful, going above and beyond (even when the tires of the rental car were broken…). If 6 stars were possible on Airbnb they would rightly deserve it!!

This is a totally life changing trip - it’s the most exceptionally beautiful place either of us have ever been and our hosts were beyond kind, responsive and accommodating. The best people, the best place. The views and terraces were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The beach is stunning and the local food incredible - we loved cooking in the little kitchen which is perfectly formed. In short, we’re in love with the place! We’ll be booking our next stay this week for as long as we can manage!! Thank you Antonia and Philip!

What a wonderful week we had in Parghelia! It was a home away from home! Accommodation is beautiful and catered perfectly to our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). The hosts had anticipated our needs and provided everything we could have wanted, and more. It was immaculately clean, we could park outside, and the beautiful Michelino Beach was just a ten minute walk. We drove to Tropea and Pizzo and spent lots of time in Parghelia itself soaking up the culture and atmosphere. Gerardo was a perfect host, responded quickly, and his parents were so warm and friendly - it is no exaggeration to say that they were the best hosts we have ever had on Airbnb! We felt so welcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend here for a Calabrian stay. The house was beautifully decorated, retaining rustic charm, but with every modernity needed. We really enjoyed our holiday - we did not encounter another single Brit during the week which added to the authentic experience. La dolce vita!

Das Haus von Andrea liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man hat einen freien Ausblick auf Meer, den Stromboli am Horizont und jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie in Italien oft üblich, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist im Oktober schon sehr ruhig, hin und wieder schleicht ein Katze vorbei, man ist komplett ungestört und kann die Ferien genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuss in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pippo, der Vater von Andrea, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll, um alle Belange vor Ort, sei es eine Frage zur Umgebung, wo man etwas bekommen kann, etwas funktioniert nicht oder auch nur ein Schwätzchen über das Wetter. Er ist stets erreichbar und freut sich helfen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Pizzo,chez Francesco. L appartement est calme en étant dans le centre. Tout est accessible à pied Proche de la plage et à 20mn de la gare,tout en longeant la mer. La terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est très appréciable. Francesco est très réactif,pour un conseil,un soucis.... Il nous a même commandé un taxi pour nous rendre de la gare à l appartement . Nous hesiterons pas à revenir chez Francesco si nous revenons en Calabre.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Esperienza positivissima. L'appartamento è comodissimo, ci si dimentica l'auto! Posto tranquillo, frequentato per lo più da famiglie, immerso nel verde. Con una comoda passeggiata attraverso una pineta si arriva alla spiaggia dove c'è un mare cristallino. Compreso nel costo dell'appartamento si ha diritto ad un ombrellone e due sdraio sia al mare che in piscina. Presenti due piscine molto pulite, una con scivolo d'acqua, i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e si possono muovere tranquillamente da soli all'interno della struttura. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con i cuscini che erano veramente bassi e troppo morbidi e prontamente ce ne sono stati forniti altri comodissimi. Tutto perfetto, la casa è dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e anche di più! C'è anche la lavastoviglie che in vacanza dà una grossa mano! Consigliatissimo

Ons verblijf bij Anneli was zeer goed verlopen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De terrasruimte, zicht op zee en zeker de buitendouche mogen we niet vergeten. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de buurman Alan. De woning is op wandelafstand van de prachtige zee en bij mooi weer zie je Stromboli iets verderop in de zee liggen. We zijn er buiten het seizoen geweest. Zoals Anneli ons al had gewaarschuwd, was er zeer weinig open en was er bijna niemand te bespeuren in de dichte omgeving. Dit kan fijn zijn, maar misschien niet als je liever in de drukte zit. Met de auto konden we ons snel verplaatsen naar andere dorpjes + we hadden het strand voor ons alleen. Wij hadden er dus geen last van ;) Misschien 1 open strandbar was fijn geweest :) Wij sliepen er met 5 vriendinnen, wat perfect was voor de grote van het huis. Zeker aan te raden verblijfplaats!!!!

Caterina und ihre Familie sind eine wunderbare Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Soggiorno fantastico. Io e la mia comitiva di amici abbiamo adorato l’alloggio proposto da Mike e Nerissa. La casetta ha tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni a breve e lungo termine. I punti forti della struttura sono sicuramente la vista mare, il giardino esterno per pasti all’aperto e la vicinanza alla spiaggia libera. Stra-consigliato!!!

Maison entière très bien agencée et aménagée avec un salon et 2 chambres séparées. Tout le confort. Hôte aux petits soins. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement idéal : à la campagne au milieu des oliviers à flan de coteaux, mais aussi à 3km d’un village offrant toutes les commodités. Les sites intéressants à visiter sont à 1h-1h30 Max . Pleins de choses à découvrir . Plages de qualité a moins de 30min. Idéal pour famille.

Tolle Unterkunft! Gerade mal 10 Geh Minuten vom Strand entfernt (Achtung steiler Berg 😉) Die Airbnb ist fantastisch. In dem riesigen Pool konnten wir sogar richtig Bahnen schwimmen und das auch noch Anfang Oktober. Jedes Schlafzimmer war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es gab zwei Kühlschränke und auch sonst alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen (was ich auch absolut empfehlen würde) und konnten mit diesem sowohl reggio calabria und Tropea erkunden. Er war ebenfalls praktisch um einkaufen zu gehen (Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Unten an der Promenade befinden sich ein paar Restaurants, die ebenfalls zu empfehlen sind. Den Sonnenuntergang kann man fantastisch aus Domenicos Garten unter den Olivenbäumen betrachten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

Fulvias appartment house was very nice, clean and wonderful cared for. Fulvia with her family were wonderful hosts, proactive, gave us a lot of tips and even some nice local foods to try. The whole area is 100% cared for by the whole family. Area was very calm and relaxing.
