We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is exactly like the photos - comfortable bed and we really enjoyed the balcony. The pools are incredible and you can’t beat being on the beach. Ubers are extremely easy and quick to get, very affordable too so it made it easy to get to other areas. Make sure to explore Versailles, we loved the neighborhood and great local restaurants that you won’t find in my more touristy areas.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Rauls place was absolutely beautiful, everything you could as for and more. Only small issue would be more cleaning supplies in kitchen, such as soap garbage bags etc. Overall though the view was worth it all and such a beautiful place. And he was so good at responding always.

There is no reason to look elsewhere. Andrea's place is perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured/described. This is brand new building and the unit and facilities are very clean and aesthetically pleasing! The view from the balcony is beautiful! The rooftop pool is now complete and the area is stunning. A short walk to some excellent restaurants (Versalles neighborhood). A quick (and cheap) Uber to the downtown area. Andrea is one of the best hosts I have experienced. She met us upon check-in and gave a quick tour of the condo. She had some great suggestions for things to do and restaurant recommendations. She proactively checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. She even let us know there was a taco festival going on nearby one night which was a lot of fun! Thanks again for everything Andrea! We hope to be back soon.

Departamente limpio, ordenado, muy buena ubicacion, a una cuadra del malecon y a dos cuadras de la iglesia, muchas lugares para comer y cenar alrededor Descansamos muy agusto los tres dias Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Departamento muy cómodo para una familia de 4, las camas suaves y tiene una terraza con vista muy agradable a la marina. Las playas quedan algo lejos, pero la alberca y la ubicación lo compensan.

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

Es nuestra segunda visita y volvimos a quedar encantados. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario. las habitaciones son espaciosas y con un clima excelente. la alberca cuenta con un clima agradable. el mercado de mariscos y una tienda de abarrotes son de mucha ayuda ya que están a unos cuantos metros de la casa. supermercados a 15 min. sin duda 100% recomendada. la atención cordial y rapida.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

Josh was top notch. 5 stars. First time to Bucerias and loved it! Safe, walkable small town with a lot of charm. Fantastic beach! The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and in a prime location. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out and chat with folks/owners. An amazing view from the apartment and the roof. We never used the A/C in the living area, the sea breeze was enough. Very lively area. You can hear the music from Jax's bar/Voodoo Lounge from the master bedroom. If you like to go to bed at 9, it may not be for you or bring some ear plugs. If you are okay staying up until 11 or 12, going out for a beer and dance, then this is the place for you. Great live bands! Majority of people were +50 and seemed to be Canadian. Locals were friendly and more than willing to be helpful. Great restaurants and street food for good prices. Used Uber/IDrive several times with no issue. C-Cards most places but bring MXN Pesos. Late checkout was nice. Thanks Josh!

Our visit to PV was perfect thanks to the incredible accommodations! The condo was exactly as described and the beach and pool are even more beautiful than the photos! The hosts were very responsive, the unit is just gorgeous, and there were so many conveniences. A large grocery store is just a 5 minute walk and the in-unit laundry is such a nice feature. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!!! Thank you for making our vacation so perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. One of Best places we have ever stayed by far.. Clean Beautiful views with sliding doors to enjoy the nice weather and listen to the waves Informative host Comfy beds The kitchen had everything we needed to cook We felt safe being the condo had security at the entrance Walking distance to the grocery store and resturants Peaceful location We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom We even saw whales from our balcony being it was whale season We were sad to leave wished we owned the Condo!!! Worth the price.

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Este es un muy buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, es un alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito, con la mejor de las vistas, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Gran espacio en las áreas comunes, variedad de albercas y fácil acceso a la playa. Muy buena atención por parte del anfitrión. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí!

Such a beautiful setting right by the ocean. This property has so much character and charm and was so cozy. We enjoyed the private pool but also having the ability to head next door for drinks, restaurants, live music, and a sandy beach. We’ll definitely come again!
