Marinella di Sarzana : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Siamo stati a Casa Cato , qualche giorno fà. Siamo stati accolti da Laura, una delle host, persona carinissima. Abbiamo soggiornato, nell'appartamento per una settimana. Appartamento con tutti i comfort, tranquillo, accogliente. Panorama fantastico. Trovandosi in centro, la zona è molto fornita. Facilmente si può andare a visitare i meraviglioso luoghi di questo territorio.

Echt een prachtige accomodaties mooie ruimte en een hele lieve gast vrije familie. Bij vragen kon ik meteen terecht en was er ook direct reactie. Bedankt voor alles!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Graziella et Alberto sont très courtois, très réactifs et à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. Le logement est très propre, très spacieux et conforme à la description. Il est également très bien situé : à côté de la gare (pratique pour visiter les Cinque Terre notamment) et du centre ville de Levanto. La plage n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pieds. Tant par le bien proposé, que sa situation et la qualité des échanges avec Graziella et Alberto, je recommande vivement !!!

Giacomo e Caterina host gentili e disponibili. Appartamento bellissimo con pezzi di design fantastici. Posizione ottima…consigliatissimo!!!!

Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. A 50 m d'une supérette. A proximité des restaurants, de la plage et de la gare. Le logement est spacieux, confortable. Andréa est toujours de bons conseils, arrangeant et disponible pour toutes informations sur les cinq terres et les bons restaurants, notamment la pizzeria. nous avons mangé les meilleures pizzas de notre vie.

Beautiful apartment in a tranquil seaside town. Easy walk to the train station. Lovely restaurants very nearby. Very helpful and friendly host.

Très bel appartement, bien situé à proximité de la gare (idéal pour visiter les Cinqie Terre) et dans un immeuble typique. Isolation phonique assez légère mais respect des horaires de nuit, télévision arrêtée à 23h par les voisins. Attention pour les voyageurs véhiculés, il est difficile de stationner dans le quartier.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Federica war eine super Ansprechpartnerin, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Pietro’s place was great! He was always super responsive and helpful. Antonella met us in town and helped us know where to park and then took us to the house to get us settled. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

It is a great place to stay in Pisa. Apartment is in the middle of heart in Pisa. Everything is clean and good as per description. You will find everything you could need. The host is very friendly and helpfull. I truly recommend this place!

Logement très bien situé dans la ville et pour visiter les cinq terre et Pise également… Appartement très propre et literie de la chambre confortable (canapé du salon ne convient pas pour les adultes et ado car on sent une barre métallique dans le dos) La place de parking est très pratique et est un vrai plus dans cette région…supermarché à côté de l appartement c est top…petit bémol le bruit de rue et de la porte d entrée de l immeuble…Aussi bien pensé à prendre du gel douche, pastille de lave vaisselle et de lave linge car pas disponible dans l appartement…

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

The place was delightful and well situated close enough to many things while still feeling secluded. Having two sets of keys was a great help also. I would definitely recommend!

Alloggio semplice e funzionale, accogliente e riservato. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. La mansarda è molto suggestiva, arredata in modo essenziale, ma completa di tutto. La vasca da bagno è piccola, ma con la seduta sagomata risulta comodissima per una doccia anche da seduti. Filippo è un host accomodante, amichevole, molto disponibile e discreto. Ottimo.
