This apartment is what you need if you want to feel the classic Rome apt. No digital key so you will need the ordinary key to get in to the unit. This would not be a problem if you always go together with another guests. You have everything you need. It’s so close to the bus stops, 5 minutes to metro, and 1 minute to carrefour express which was open for 24 h. If you want to cook yourself the kitchen utensils was complete. There was a washing machine and you don’t need to worry where to hang your laundry as there will be enough space in the first bath room (we called it laundry room). Frederico was very nice and he even let me to check in early. I would really recommend this apt.

A hidden gem in Rome. The flat is located in a truly authentic Roman district, surrounded by excellent local restaurants and pizzerias. At the same time, it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The host was friendly and gave great recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay in this apartment was simply perfect! The location is ideal – just a 15-20 minute walk from all the main attractions, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Rome. The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy, and our host, Luca, was beyond accommodating. He gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be real hidden gems! Check-in was very flexible – we had the option of self-check-in or meeting Luca in person. We chose to meet him, and we’re so glad we did! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This was our first time in Rome, and thanks to the excellent location and wonderful accommodation, the experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Volvemos a España encantados de nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Fabio e Mauro. Antes de viajar nos ayudaron a organizar el viaje con sus indicaciones sobre el apartamento y los servicios, tanto del propio establecimiento, como los cercanos a este. Nos facilitaron el chek in a la llegada a Roma y durante nuestra estancia siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros para cualquier cosa que necesitamos. El apartamento es una maravilla, limpio, coqueto, con todos los servicios que ofrecidos en el anuncio y súper acogedor. Está en una calle pequeña, tranquila, con muchos servicios (supermercado, restaurantes...) y muy próximo al Coliseo y Fontana di Trevi. Al hacer el chek out se nos olvidó el cargador de un móvil y fueron tan amables que nos lo llevaron al punto de consigna donde habíamos dejado el equipaje...son geniales. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos a Roma repetiremos con ellos.

Aldo foi extramamente atencioso e um excelente anfitrião. O espaço é muito completo e foi um dos melhores ambientes que fiquei em toda nossa viagem. A localização é de um bairro mais boemio mas um pouco mais distante dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Contudo, fica muito perto da estação de metro que facilita o transporte para onde quiser.

Lovely studio apartment round the corner from the Pantheon and piazza navona in the centro storico area of Rome. Clean and compact with everything you need for a city break, umbrellas and the reusable coffee pod machine are a lovely touch! We had a very enjoyable stay at Andrea's place. There is a Lidl less than 10 minutes away which is very convenient for picking up a variety of supplies. This is just one of a number of grocery stores nearby. The apartment is brilliant and spacious with 2 bedooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds). The room with a double bed has a very convenient en suite bathroom. Location wise, we were just under 10 minutes from Malatesta metro station (Line C) which you can use to get into the centre of Rome in 20-30 minutes, but be careful of metro strikes / construction works and be prepared to use a taxi if travelling late and the metro is not running. Overall, Andrea was a very good and responsive host, and I would highly recommend Andrea's place. Grazie Andrea!

L'appartamento di Marianna è molto bello, arredato con gusto, comodo, luminoso e in un'ottima posizione. Il plus sicuramente le due terrazze. Si trova in un elegante condominio di recente costruzione, a pochissimi minuti dalla fermata della metro, dal supermercato, da bar e ristoranti. Il Pigneto è un quartiere tranquillo e con un vasta offerta di locali interessanti. Marianna è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Non solo ci ha dato la possibilità di anticipare il check in e posticipare il check out, ma ci ha aiutato con i nostri spostamenti, organizzando per noi i anche i transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Consigliatissimo!

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Super logement. Correspond tout à fait à la description. La proximité des transports en communs et de nombreux restaurants est appréciable après une journée à marcher en ville. Cristina est vraiment accueillante et très gentille.

El alojamiento de Francesco es incluso mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos. Es muy amplio, se agradecen los dos baños si son una familia de 5 como nosotros, todo fue sencillo de comprender y además, el adicional del desayuno en el café de enfrente, hicieron de esta una experiencia maravillosa. Además siempre respondió muy rápido a cualquier consulta que le hiciera y me hizo sugerencias que tuve en cuenta. La ubicación es inmejorable, solo tomé el metro para llegar y para irme por el equipaje, y para llegar pronto al Coliseo. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y repetiría!

Simona and Gianlucas place is perfect for a trip to Rome. They themselves are nice people who will greet and tell you all you need to know about the flat and neighborhood. The flat itself is really nice. It offers a lot of space and a cute balcony. The location couldn’t be better - right in the middle of beautiful Trastevere with a lot of beautiful streets and good restaurant. Highly recommend this place to everybody who not only wants to see the magical monuments of the city but also the incredible nightlife of in Trastevere.

My stay at Roberto's place was wonderful! Apartment is exactly like it is in the pictures and even better. Apartment is created as a very beautiful, cozy, peaceful, convenient, inspired place. The mattress is absolutely comfortable and the place is extremely quiet, no noise at all, which is so important to get the ultimate rest. The place is walkable to many attractions, also very close to the metro station and the train station. Plus it is just in a block from the stop of the bus from and to the airport. Check-in and check-out are easy, with no issues. Roberto is a great host, he was always helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this graceful apartment for tourists who are staying in Rome!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

Moderno, pulito e ben arredato, con una Jacuzzi perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse. L'host è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ein absolutes Design-Juwel. Außerdem bietet sie sehr viel Platz und sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders mit Kindern perfekt. Das Kinderzimmer enthält viele schöne Spielsachen und Bücher sind und eines der schönsten Kindermuseen (Explora) ist ganz in der Nähe.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

Flavio's appartment was just as described, the garden was lovely, we did not use the pool as it was a bit chilly, but it looked very clean with sunloungers available. The place is well situated with access to buses round the corner, and the tram in about 10mins walk. Good base to visit Rome. Would certainly come again.
