We had a very relaxing stay at the house. The location was great with relaxing views and sensational sunsets. The outdoor area was well protected from the sea breeze and we spent most of our time there. The kayaks were great fun. The dog enjoyed himself too! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It could have done with dishwashing detergent and another tea towel as we did most of our meals there. We have already recommended the property to our friends. We were fortunate to have great weather. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday. Thanks !

Perfect place for our workers to stay while we did a fishing charter in port Victoria. Great space for the kids to play, families to stay. Heaps of stuff for the kids to do and play with. Heaps of space and fully enclosed yard for them to wander. On the beach. Big space. Couldn’t have been better.

Caroline was a fabulous host, helpful and friendly. Gave lots of recommendations and always on hand to answer questions. The house and gardens itself are remarkable. We loved it but our dogs loved it more. It’s rare to find a property with large outdoor space that’s FULLY enclosed. Attention to detail is felt throughout. Beautiful linen, cosy, clean rooms. The house has such a cool and funky vibe. Will definitely go again. Thanks so much.

We loved everything about this house. Very modern, large bedrooms, beautiful and very well equiped kitchen and living room, terrace and the view is fanatastic! Wow, the sunsets are amazing! We also appreciated that we could use the sup boards and snorkelling gear. Communication with Kate and Tom was great. Very recommended!

Mark was a lovely host and was very responsive to messages and queries. The house was beautiful, large enough for 4 people and clean. The property was close enough to the beach for a nice peaceful walk. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mark!

An excellent place for dogs! We recently stayed with our three active pups and the contained yard was excellent. Also nice big deck area for them to lounge around in and nice to have water bowls provided! Place was clean and spacious, definitely a bit dated in parts but what you’d expect from the pictures. The host made sure there were replacements for the broken stove (air fryer & electric frypan) which was lovely. Honestly just very grateful for a dog friendly getaway!

We had a fantastic family getaway at Ahoy! The house was ideal for our group, with a game area out back that's perfect for kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for the whole family. The location is superb, and the sunrises from the deck were breathtaking. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful, dog friendly accommodation. Extremely clean, well stocked with essentials, and in a perfect location, close to Point Turton facilities and attractions and down the road from Flaherty's Beach. Perfect for families or friend groups with a huge table on the front deck and plenty of places to chill. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Cosy, well equipped and pet-friendly cottage in a remote location. We were closely situated to fantastic coastlines, and enjoyed some stargazing as well. Emma was a great host, and was able to quickly resolve a minor problem we had.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Kangaroo Shack. The property is close to all of the best beaches on lower side of the Yorke Peninsula. We were properly able to switch off as the house sits on a block surrounded by bush (and kangaroos!). Would certainly stay at the Kangaroo Shack again. Thank you Alexia.

We loved our stay in the Pod! AKA Podric Payne. Great location right next to the beach and amazing views. The pod had everything you could possibly need and great info of what rock pools to visit! Would recommend staying there to everyone.

Jo was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked and ample space outside for pets. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Our stay at Ben’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible location—right by the beach with stunning views and the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is well-equipped, cozy, and exactly what you want for a coastal escape. We did experience an unexpected power outage that affected both electricity and water, but Ben was amazing throughout—keeping us updated, offering solutions, and even arranging a partial refund, which was much appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. Even with that little adventure, our trip was still a 10/10, and we’d absolutely love to come back. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful spot to unwind, this place is a gem! Pro tip for future guests: Definitely take a drive down the beach between Hardwicke Bay and Point Turton—one of the most stunning stretches of coastline I’ve ever seen.
