Overall great location to what we were coming in town for. The house was beautiful inside as pictured. There was everything that we needed for our stay as pots and pans, extra woman’s feminine products , even a washer and dryer. House was cozy and comfortable. Thank you so much.

We had a very nice stay in this clean and comfortable home! Jesse covers many details to make his guests’ stay easy and like home, things that have been missing when we’ve stayed in other vacation rentals such as sugar and creamer for the coffee, liquid hand soap at each sink, plastic dinnerware for those with young children, and firewood for the fire pit. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the Broad Ripple area and children’s museum during the day, and the fire pit in the evenings. A fun time was had by all :)

Super clean and beautiful space! It is close to an active railroad tract, however did not bother my parents or my daughter and I one bit! I would come back and stay here anytime I’m back in Indie! Such a beautiful space!

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

We stopped here for one night and I was so impressed with how cute and clean it was. Beds were great, shower was awesome and my son enjoyed the Nintendo. There were some special touches throughout the home that I really appreciated (a welcome note, a few snacks, filtered water and a couple water bottles, etc). Katie was a great communicator, so kind and gave me a list of amazing recommendations for dinner! The neighborhood is hip and very walkable to an ice cream spot and awesome coffee shop. Loved that. It’s up and coming and I did have a difficult time sleeping with the highway noise but at the same time, was nice to be close to the highway for our drive back. I sleep with earplugs so it wasn’t too bad but something to know in advance if you’re a sensitive sleeper too.

Andres property was very cozy , accessible ,quite close to where I needed to be . There was so much in the area close to Krogers & Walgreens . When I have to be back in Indy I would first look into this property . He defiantly was a blessing to me & my family .

The inside is nice clean space

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Molly’s property! Slept llike a baby, it was very quiet and comfortable! I would recommend this property and i would most definitely atay here again! Thank you again Molly!

I couldn’t say more great things about this air bnb!! Dereck was awesome and the place itself was the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. Everything felt luxurious and high quality - down to the toilet paper. I’m impressed and will definitely be back!

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was lovely. Not only was it clean and welcoming, it had amazing amenities and was in a great spot in Irvington. My host was responsive, kind, and was overall a wonderful person to book with and I will absolutely be going here again.

This was a small studio-like accommodation but clean and equipped. It is a bit of a hike to the downtown area (about 30 min walk) but using car shares are cheap and readily available. The area is in development so felt a bit deserted/eerie in the evenings. Loved the Stutz museum area which is super close by and a very cool vibe. Overall a pleasant stay.

Butler Villa was extremely responsive with questions and very much accommodated us. We will stay here again!

I stayed for a night in this quiet, clean, attractive spot and was delighted. Lystina took the time to get the keys to me personally and was very clear and friendly.

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Great place to stay. Very good neighborhood! We stayed a month and could have used more cleaning supplies/towels but with the washer and dryer we were able to make do.

Nice two story Condo. It gave us plenty of space in the morning to keep things quiet and allow for different wake times. Massachusettes Ave has plenty of restaurants and bars. It was only a 10-15 walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
