Great spot, within easy walking distance of many things to do. Well worth the price to stay in a great area of Indy.

This was our second stay at Butler Villa. The villa is spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom is large with a large shower/tub and double sinks, the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked, although we only had coffee there in the mornings. We were visiting family in the area so were gone from morning until night but while we were there we were very comfortable. Our only problem was that someone had parked in our parking space in the garage on our last night. I emailed the owner and they responded back quickly with alternate spaces which we could have used had we not already parked on the street. Since we visit the area frequently, we will stay at Butler Villa again!

Absolute gem of a find especially for the price. The entire building is extremely secure— requiring a key pass to enter the garage and a key fob to use doors and the elevator to get to your floor — I will say that if you are coming with someone else and plan to split up, You’ll have to plan accordingly with the one key fob and one key card — other than that, so much to do within walking distance, will come back again if I’m in the area.

My second stay and as always definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone. I look forward to future stays as well. Thanks so much for amazing hospitality!

The home was clean and peaceful pretty small for what i paid but definitely got the job done

We had a great evening! East to find and check in when we followed the directions given ;) the unit was very clean, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, plenty of clean fresh towels, and smelled nice!

We had a great stay at this 1 bedroom apartment, instructions were easy to get into our unit and the apartment complex is in a great area, very walkable to all there is to see and do in Broad Ripple. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent value in a great location! Description matches location and amenities. All basic supplies and linens for a weekend or business stay are there. Communication was proactive and clear. I hadn't previously stayed in a downtown setting, so use of lock box was slightly confusing at first to get keys- but the host helped significantly to make this new experience eased! Excellent restaurants right on the trail. Had a great weekend here.

The home in general was super cute and clean, and the location was great! Not far if you wanted to travel into Indy, but a secluded little get away to fish and enjoy the yard / fire pit if you want to stay right there. Highly recommended, will definitely go back !

Boone Docks on the River is a quite comfortable place in a very quiet and scenic location that is nicely proximate to Broad Ripple. Allow time during your stay to relax on the deck by the White River, either day or night.

If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet, and comfortable place to rest, look no further. Jennifer’s place is about a 10-15 min drive to downtown, very easy to get too, and has a beautiful view of a pond out the bedroom window. She provided everything you would need for your stay. It’s a small bed, but comfortable. I would highly recommend Jennifer’s place as an affordable and lovely option anytime you’re in Indy!

The townhouse itself was lovely and well maintained! The host was kind and provided all of the necessary information. It was within 30 minutes of downtown and Fishers where we spent most of our time as the immediately surrounding shopping areas were not the greatest. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the value.

I was in town to see Taylor Swift and it was just as much fun meeting Grace. Lovely, beautiful home and Grace was so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe. It was super quick and easy to get downtown from here and I enjoyed the very close Starbucks and a donut shop near by before hitting the road to drive home in the morning. I will definitely stay here again. Wish I could’ve stayed longer to sit on the beautiful porch but there’s always next time.
