The cottage was very cozy and had everything you need for an overnight stay. We enjoyed our time at the cottage!

We loved our stay at Joe & Brian’s tiny house! Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Know that the two beds are in lofts on either side of the tiny house, one reachable by stairs and one reachable by ladder. Shower and kitchen were both larger than expected. Be advised if you plan to grill, you need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. We were going to go out and buy some but the wind chill had it feeling like it was in the 20s so we decided to cook inside instead. The oven works but it’s not great and doesn’t get super hot if you plan to do a lot of cooking (which I wouldn’t advise, took us an hour to roast vegetables). No issues with anything though, just be aware. We loved our stay!

My wife and I really liked the little cabin, had everything you need to be like you are at and it was Very peaceful and the view from the front porch was great. The host deb was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

What a peaceful and cozy place! We came out here for some R&R after a very busy season and this spot exceeded our expectations. It's only a short drive from hiking (and beautiful waterfalls!), but we only left once because we loved just relaxing on the front porch and looking at the amazing view. Thank you, Kim and David! Can't wait to come back again.

It was such a lovely cabin, it is located in a cute mountain top neighborhood. We spent a majority of our time in Chattanooga, it’s a quick 20 min drive to downtown. Lori is extremely responsive, the cabin is adorable, and we had a great time. Only downside I felt the need to share is you do not have the whole cabin to yourself as anticipated. It is split with the owner so if you are uncomfortable sharing a house with someone else I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We had no issue with it, just the only thing we didn’t know until after booking so wanted to share for others who might care.

Blue Ivy was a perfect spot for a mini-moon with my wife right after our Nashville wedding. The location gave us lots of room to relax and unwind as well as access to several lowkey activities that suited us perfectly! Our second day there, a tree had fallen across the path in the night. The hosts actually told us about the issue as we slept through the crash and it was cleared away before noon the same day! Life comes at us fast and y’all handled that incredibly, kudos!!

Cindy's cabin was the cutest! It was exactly as the pictures showed it. We only stayed overnight on our way home from Florida, but we are hoping to make another trip next year and are looking forward to spending more time at Cindy's cabin and the surrounding area. So cute and cozy! Cindy is so kind and super responsive. We had a great experience with Cindy and with our stay at her cabin.

Susan was a great host, kind, carrying, accommodating, and welcoming. We stay in the small cabin next to the stables and across the field from the main house. The cabin was clean, equipped with kitchen essentials and even freebies (farm eggs, homemade bread, butter, cream, coffee, sugar, bottled water). The space was smaller than anticipated. It is best described as a tiny house, suitable for one- two people and a child. The bunk bead is right under the celling about the bathroom. There was a fenced area at front with a picnic table, two wooden chairs and a fire pit with firewood set ready to enjoy. To use the hot tub we needed to walk through the field open for horses to walk, which felt awkward to do in a dark. We decided to use an offer for a horse ride for our youngest, teenage guest. It was a lot of fun.

The cabins were comfortable and clean. Would stay again. Thanks!

This is a super cute tiny home in a smart tiny home community. Though I had no direct contact with Megan, there was really no need. The directions were self explanatory and we didn't have any problems (there was mention of lights on a timer, but they were unplugged when we got there, so I didn't mess with them.) We love to hike and the location is great for several beautiful hikes, including Deer Lick Falls located on the property (i would call this an 'amenity' :-))

This was an effortless, relaxing stay. Our second stay at the Water’s Edge and just as nice as the one before. So many things made this trip easy. The descriptions and instructions were true and clear. Very clean and comfortable. The tiny home was well stocked and clean. The hot tub was also very clean and relaxing. No complaints to speak of, definitely loved staying here. A great location if attending shows at the caverns.

We had a great stay. We used this as a place to write music for a few days and it was so peaceful. Beds were extremely comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. A short walk down the water and park. Great stay overall!

Loved our stay in Mary’s wonderful airbnb! Super peaceful and adored the drive to the airbnb. Got a little worried because of the most recent review posted but I want to confirm that Mary gave us the utmost privacy, and the past review seems to not be the truth at all. Would definitely book again! So comfy!

Tara’s place is more than I could have imagined. The location is perfect to visit Sewanee and go on all the beautiful hikes. The place is impecable, with beautiful touches, extremely comfortable, private and safe. I will definitely come back to this tiny home again. Lovely place!!

We had a nice stay and had amazing weather. The home was described well and what we expected. The hot tub and outdoor area were great, our dog and kids loved it. We were a bit disappointed there was no playground, it looked like it had recently been removed. We would definitely recommend this house!

We’ve stayed in the area on several different occasions. So far we’ve liked this tiny house the best. It was nice not to have to crawl up in the loft to get to bed; the loft has a high enough ceiling you can walk to the bed! Well stocked kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. There’s a dishwasher, but recommend running it when noise will not be an issue. There’s 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor (non upstairs). Only disappointment was both bathrooms had tubs (elderly parent I travel with needs a shower with stool to safely wash). Hosts are responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Teresa and Dan's Sewanee Cottage surpassed all our expectations! It was not only spotlessly clean and completely outfitted for our stay; every detail was provided for. The setting is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer and other wildlife from full length windows and the screened porch. The whole experience was delightful. Thank you, Teresa and Dan.

Loved our stay here! It was the perfect relaxing getaway for the weekend. It’s a bit of a drive into Chattanooga, but well worth it for the peace and quiet we were able to enjoy

We had a great week here over New Years! We loved exploring the local areas, and Chattanooga was close enough to venture to several days of our trip. Clean, private, & quiet!

This was the perfect spot for a girls trip near Chattanooga away from the downtown area. It was peaceful, loved walking around our site with our morning coffees and were greeted by the cutest little campground kitty!

Very beautiful cabin & space! Elisabeth was always available to answer questions if needed & helped us with the hot tub as well! We will definitely be staying with them again!

This place was adorable and you almost didn’t need to leave because there were awesome hiking nearby!!! The cabin itself was super cozy and we wanted to spend time there too! Chattanooga is a fun place

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at Chris & Kelly’s beautiful tiny home! It was very clean, comfy beds and the best vibes! Very accommodating, they had everything we needed & more. We loved riding around the rest of the community to see the other tiny homes. The retreat community is, beautiful, peaceful and we felt very safe! We are looking forward to coming back again when it’s warmer out! While you’re there, don’t forget to check out the Mountain Goat Market not far down the road for a yummy sandwich or pizza! (They have amazing baked goods as well)

Amazingly relaxing location set right on the river, with the dam sounding like your own personal waterfall. Very private and safe location. Opted out of my first nights plans to enjoy the peace from the balcony. Will stay here again!
