Welcome to Heather's Haven, located at 314 Riverside Dr, Fairmont, WV! Truly "Almost Heaven" this gorgeous, one of-a kind cabin is located on the Tygart Valley River and comes with it's own dock! Bring your boat, kayaks, jet skis, canoes and anything else that floats! Don't forget your fishing poles...state records have been caught right here! For the WVU fans...you're only 15 minutes away from a Mountaineer kick/tip off! Bikers and hikers will love our 60 miles of trails along the river!

"Liberty" Tiny Farmhouse

Welcome to Storylodge Farm, your tranquil retreat nestled in the heart of a picturesque apple orchard. This tiny farmhouse is one of two unique getaways on the property. Named after the "Liberty" apple variety that grows in the orchard, the tiny farmhouse beckons you to unwind and reconnect with nature in a serene setting that promises relaxation and reflection. Previously known as Zion Heritage Farm, this place encourages you to unleash your creative energy in a genuine and peaceful setting.

Head of the Holler

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home with 75 acres of land to explore. Enjoy the newly remodeled house that sleeps up to 6 guests. The property was once a thriving farm and the 130-year-old farmhouse and two old barns are still standing. However, decades of neglect lead to nature reclaiming the land. There are several natural springs and a pond to explore. The nearby towns of Fairmont & Mannington are experiencing revitalization, with small shops & festivals throughout the year.

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

The Morgantown Adventure House

A house with views of the water, the train, nature and town. Not just another Airbnb a house made for a good bar crawl or adventure. 2 boat slips within a mile of house. A walk over the bridge to the rail trail. 3 breweries within a mile and countless bars and restaurants a short walk to. Family friendly with toys on tap for your kids to enjoy. Creekside Hideaway

Need a simple overnight stay or a relaxing retreat? Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our unique place…a spacious camper alongside a creek on a private lot with privacy fence and gate. Two miles outside of the city with all Morgantown has to offer…breweries, festivals, WVU, athletic events,hospitals, Coopers Rock and much more! Dog friendly with approval. $25 per night per pet (2 maximum) This camper sleeps 10 but our max is 6. One queen and two full size beds.

We are nestled in the mountains 15 miles from the heart of Morgantown, WV, a 15min drive to Tygart Lake, 25 min drive to Valley Falls, & 45min to Cooper’s Rock. Our Glamping Yurt offers: Queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, cozy linens, wood stove for chilly nights, porta potty & dry sink for hand washing, nature at your front door, & large fire pit. A large Lodge with 3 separate bunk rooms; like going back to camp as a kid ! Perfect for large families or groups looking for plenty of space. Included are a full kitchen, living space, 3 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus with a 4 acre pond for canoeing and fishing (there is an extra fee for pond use).

Almost Heaven Away From Home is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Start your day on the deck enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view of the WV mountains. Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.
