We had a wonderful week at this cozy, clean home, which made our family visit so special. The open, family-style living areas were perfect for spending quality time together, especially as grandparents visiting from Alabama. We loved being able to relax and enjoy each other's company after days filled with thrift store shopping and cooking family dinners. The beautiful West Virginia mountain scenery was an added bonus, providing a peaceful backdrop to our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to drop off and pick up our 4-year-old granddaughter from preschool – such a nice touch! The house was stocked with everything we needed, including a great selection of ingredients for cooking, which made meal prep a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, homey space to enjoy time with loved ones!

House was just as described. And great to have our dogs with us too! There is a tenant in apartment below that was not mentioned until we got there. However we never heard them or saw them. House borders the woods which is nice for dogs to go for a walk. Very quiet neighborhood, but very close to college which worked for us. Would definitely return.

Easy instructions, new renovations. Cozy and very clean. Host was timely and precise in communication. Will definitely stay here again!

Leslie was a wonderful host… so friendly and responsive. House was comfortable, especially the large sectional and the puffy chairs on the porch. Kitchen was perfect to make a couple of meals for our kiddo. It was the perfect place to stay while catching up to our WVU student! Thanks Leslie. We’ll definitely stay again.

The hosts were very communicative and helpful! Loved the space and they even offered us another unit free of charge when we couldn't use one of the bathrooms due to a plumbing issue. The back porch is lovely and there are some very friendly neighbor cats that love pets. Overall, a great value.

Maggie is an incredible hostess, always very concerned and willing to help you. The house is beautiful, it has all the necessary to cook and feel in home. beside it is very close to Downtown, perfect for going out and getting to college

This was our second stay. House is so unique, luxurious and relaxing. Host ensures everything is handled and ready to go the moment you arrive. 10/10. We will return again and again always!

Alex and Rebecca went above and beyond expectations and were flexible when we needed to extend the stay another day. They were fantastic at communicating to ensure that we were able to get into the building and sent multiple recommendations on things to do and places to eat while we were there. Beyond amazing hosts 10/10 would recommend staying here. Thank you Alex and Rebecca for being so great!

The host was accommodating during extenuating circumstances. I couldn’t get my car out because of snow and she drove me to the store.

This place was perfect for a weekend and was exactly as described. There were many amenities available to us and the host was very responsive throughout the weekend. The location is so great - walking distance to stadium, few minute drive to downtown. Would very recommend greatly!!

Brett and Shona were wonderful hosts. When I realized I had booked incorrect dates for the event I would be there for, they quickly accommodated us. I loved the extra touch of the coffee ready to go in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay there again if coming back to Morgantown.

The architectural appeal of this vacation rental was wonderful! A great renovation of an old schoolhouse with high ceilings, 7' tall windows with electronic controls for lowering/raising. super comfortable beds and wonderful linens. The location was fantastic for us in the ease of getting to and from Hospital appointments at WVU. I look forward to coming back some day to bike ride with my husband on the Mon River Trail! Great communication with Joey and very accommodating! I owned vacation rentals for nearly 20 years and greatly appreciate the attention to detail that was offered with this rental.

Patty is a treasure. If you stay here, make sure you’re good to her! She has some rescued Dalmatians named Mickey and Minnie that will talk to you as you walk up and down the stairs, but if you’re a dog person like me you’ll just talk back some haha. I loved everything about Patty’s place, and it gave our drummer a spot to catch some more than needed rest. He was able to sleep for a whole day because of how comfortable and peaceful this place is. There’s some good food at the restaurant right on the corner, and a gas station nearby, which was really nice. Patty was very responsive and a great communicator. We talked for a good half hour or so on the porch and I enjoyed every minute! For the price and how close it is to Morgantown you cannot beat this place. It is SO much better than staying in the city! We’ve done both, and now we will be paying Patty a visit every time we are in the area!
