Great place to stay near Pinicon Ridge park!

My stay here was for a weekend of crafting. The place was warm and well lit. It was really cold outside but it was warm and cozy.

Great price, stocked w essentials, comfy beds, extra blankets. Broom and vacuum and a few cleaning supplies left, which I like having on hand when traveling with kids! Aaron and Ellen were very responsive. Came to drop off extra trash bags, and went out of his way to take the trash to curb. Only advice is- don’t book this air bnb if you have loud little kids running around. It’s on the top floor, and the tenants underneath are not understanding of this. Aaron did inform them that we had little kids and that we wouldn’t be there long. Great stay, clean, and excellent price!!!

We had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt right at home. A picture of the entrance and the surrounding areas would have been ideal, the condo is within a commercial area and that was unexpected. Thank you for hosting us!

This is the perfect home away from home for us and our puppy! The fenced area makes things so easy, and the pet-friendly space is comfy. Things were clean, fresh and ready for our visit. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

The Hawks nest was perfect for the Hawkeye homecoming weekend! Very clean and amazing host! Location is perfect and she gave clear instructions! Definitely will be coming back next year! Overall amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Dawns place was awesome.. simple clean and just what I needed while I was in town I will try and stay there next year for same event

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Spacious and cozy accommodations! Great location Iowa City location - walking distance to wide variety of shops, restaurants and venues including the historic Englert Theatre!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

I was looking for something unique close to family that would work for my two children and I and this hit the mark. This is a historic, immaculately maintained space that has been lovingly modernized. There were many special touches (loved the chocolate) that added to the stay and there was no amenities lacking for what we needed. My teenage children thought this was such a cool place and gobbled the chocolate right away 😊. I grew up in a house built in the late 1800’s and it reminded me of my childhood home in some ways. We loved our stay! Thank you, Karen, Bob, and Leslie.
