Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

This place was perfect for what I needed! Perfect place to sleep as I was just passing through for the night. Perfect doesn’t do justice how awesome this place was for the price and what you get.

This is the perfect home away from home for us and our puppy! The fenced area makes things so easy, and the pet-friendly space is comfy. Things were clean, fresh and ready for our visit. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Roberto is an amazing host. I had a few stays at his place and all of them were great. He makes sure to communicate if anything is unavailable and ensures that needs are met in a timely manner.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

This is the second year we have stayed at Riad’s place to attend an Iowa football game and we will be back! Super clean, great host and great location.

Great place to stay in Coralville!

Kenneth was very kind, responsive and helpful on every level - truly going above and beyond. I loved the simple touches per the decor within this darling home. I especially enjoyed the locally made popcorn and sodas gifted to us upon arrival. We had a hot water heater snafu and Kenneth was quick to come by, working toward a solution. We will without a doubt visit again in the near future and highly recommend you book a stay at this one of a kind property.

This is a gorgeous, new construction ranch style home that was so pretty and comfortable for my friends and I to have a nice, relaxing weekend together! We didn’t have to leave for anything. Greg had everything we needed. Easy to get into, quiet peaceful neighborhood. Very nice house. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great stay over the weekend. The house was very clean, clutter free. It was walkable to a number of great restaurants and the Allegiant Center. Host communicated extremely well—would definitely stay again and will definitely refer to friends!

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Chandler's place and I loved it again. I previously really enjoyed it in the summer, but the winter stay was still great. The sunroom area is a little drafty as it is over the garage but a new fireplace with remote warmed it up. The rest of the place was cozy and the decor is truly amazing. It was a great retreat for me while visiting nearby family. A nice game of pool and curling up to read in the multiple sitting areas was a great way to spend some downtime. I love being near downtown, but I had to make multiple back and forth trips across town and to the hospitals and the quick access to the interstate was helpful. I was glad for a lack of snow with the steep street, but they did make sure to add salt to the driveway when it needed it. Chandler was again a very responsive and thoughtful host. I reported a couple of minor issues to her and she was quickly on top of them. I would love to stay again when I'm in town!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice, cozy home away from home. The accommodations were exactly as described. Thuy was very quick to respond to our special needs. She was also kind, friendly and compassionate.

This is a great place to stay in coralville! Within walking distance to the arena which was super nice! The space is modern, beautiful, and comfortable. Lots of extras available if you are traveling with kiddos which was super great and unexpected! 100% would recommend and I’m sure we will stay again!

Erin was super responsive and helpful, the instructions were clear as day, the description of the stay was accurate and exactly as expected. Very affordable and perfect for my husband, 4 mo old baby and I as we stopped to visit friends.

Incredible place and great location! Was not expecting the view to be as nice as it was. Also, it is within walking distance to many great Iowa City restaurants. The parking is not connected to the building, rather it is underneath the building next door. This is fine though because there is an area you can park temporarily to unload your stuff. Very clean and not cluttered. Kitchen had everything we needed.
