We were in town for an event on the Iowa campus. Very close to all the things we needed. Comfortable and spacious for our needs. On site parking was helpful.

Ryan was an exceptional host and his condo is lovely - just like the photos. So nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable and the living room feels spacious. We never once saw or heard the neighbors so it was very quiet. Ryan is an amazing communicator, sent us thoughtful instructions and checked in with us regularly. We will definitely stay at Ryan’s again when our travels take us back to Iowa City. Highly recommend!

These folks were amazing. Everything was great. My lightbulb went out and they even came and replaced it. They walked me through the property before I ever got there. They shouldn’t have had assisted me with such an early check-in and had no trouble. They helped me. I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was amazing price for the valueand if I come back to Iowa, I will come to these people again.

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

My stay here was for a weekend of crafting. The place was warm and well lit. It was really cold outside but it was warm and cozy.

Great price, stocked w essentials, comfy beds, extra blankets. Broom and vacuum and a few cleaning supplies left, which I like having on hand when traveling with kids! Aaron and Ellen were very responsive. Came to drop off extra trash bags, and went out of his way to take the trash to curb. Only advice is- don’t book this air bnb if you have loud little kids running around. It’s on the top floor, and the tenants underneath are not understanding of this. Aaron did inform them that we had little kids and that we wouldn’t be there long. Great stay, clean, and excellent price!!!

Excellent location for our needs, 10 min drive to UI Hospital. Very close to great restaurants, coffee shop, grocery and gas. Private entry and designated spot in the driveway made it easy for us to come and go without feeling like we were bothering the others living in the main house. Hosts proactively salted the walkway and driveway before the ice storm, removing any worry safely about getting in and out of the house. Kitchen is perfectly equipped for our week's worth of groceries and cooking all our own meals. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, all of the amenities we could want, and more. We were so comfortable staying here, it was a bit disappointing coming back home. :)

Great host we arrived right at 4 o’clock and he had not made it back with some supplies was very respectful on calling me making sure it was ok to drop them off and come in. Made me feel like it was my home while I was there.

Travis and Regan were quick to respond with every encounter. The place was easy to get in, looked as pictures showed, accessible to park, gas station, grocery store and restaurants. Large enough space for 6 adults and 4 little grandkids under 5! We had a great stay and would recommend their place.

We enjoyed staying at this very spacious and well equipped house! The kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils and pans. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed driving in the surrounding area. It is very convenient to stores and downtown.

A cute place - just what we were looking for. The area is very quiet given that it's right next to NewBo. The house had everything we'd need. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. We had a great stay!

Excellent house in a fantastic location. The walk to the little bakery two blocks away is well worth your time. And the kitchen is great for cooking. Very comfortable house. Highly recommend.

This home is so cute & was just perfect for our family’s stay while in town for a horse show. The ability for everyone to be able to have their own spaces while still being together, option to wake up and make coffee & cook without having to load kiddos up & washer/dryer to take home clean clothes, bears a hotel any day! Lisa offers a great place & will be our choice again, if ever needed!

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Chandler's place and I loved it again. I previously really enjoyed it in the summer, but the winter stay was still great. The sunroom area is a little drafty as it is over the garage but a new fireplace with remote warmed it up. The rest of the place was cozy and the decor is truly amazing. It was a great retreat for me while visiting nearby family. A nice game of pool and curling up to read in the multiple sitting areas was a great way to spend some downtime. I love being near downtown, but I had to make multiple back and forth trips across town and to the hospitals and the quick access to the interstate was helpful. I was glad for a lack of snow with the steep street, but they did make sure to add salt to the driveway when it needed it. Chandler was again a very responsive and thoughtful host. I reported a couple of minor issues to her and she was quickly on top of them. I would love to stay again when I'm in town!

Aaron’s place was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Great location in IA City, easy to get to everything.

Went to Iowa City with my teenage son for Iowa wrestling dual and a wrestling showcase in Coralville. If you're attending a Hawkeye sporting event from out of town this is the place to be. Super cool place that is very relaxing and felt like home. Walkable to Carver Hawkeye and Kinnick. Close to Coralville and all the good restaurants and campus. Couldn't reccomend enough. Easy place to get to, good neighborhood. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice, cozy home away from home. The accommodations were exactly as described. Thuy was very quick to respond to our special needs. She was also kind, friendly and compassionate.

We were visiting our daughter in Iowa City but there were other guests so we needed a place that was near but that also would be fun,and give us more room than a hotel room. This condo is was perfect. It was modern, very clean, and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. We didn't cook as we were at our daughter's for meals but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need. Nice sets of dishes and glasses, and ample cutlery and cookware. One other nice feature of this condo is its location - close to restaurants and shops in the downtown area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andy's apartment. We came over to visit our daughter at University of Iowa. The apartment is in a convenient location, close to the main centre as well as the Campus and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, homely and in excellent condition with a lot of attention to detail. Having an underground parking space was also a huge bonus.

Kaleb’s place was perfect for or stay in Coralville. We stayed 2 nights. We didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep and shower. We were welcomed in the late evening with an extremely clean place, easy lockbox entry, lights on so no fussing in the dark to find them and a small adorable electric fire place, on. One night and one morning we heard a few foot steps from upstairs but really not noticeable. We had nice cold drinking water available in the fridge. Several Coralville and surrounding area brochures to help us plan our visit and a nice binder with apt. Info and how to work things was also available. Kaleb was quick to reply to questions. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood and driveway parking. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Coralville.
