The satisfaction trend with Jon & Ashlee’s properties stands positive! One can never go wrong with staying at any of their homes. I’ve already stayed at 3 different locations and enjoyed them all!

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Had a great visit and really enjoyed our beautiful accommodations. Very clean and hosts were extremely responsive. Lots of little things made it feel like home. Loved the eyeglass and make-up wipes! Bed was extremely comfortable and linens were great. The fluffy towels were awesome too after a shower. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and really appreciated having a garage for our vehicle! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Indianapolis.

Marc is a terrific host! He provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and we immediately felt at home. The house is located within walking distance to many amazing restaurants - we never had a bad meal! Everything was exactly as described, and the accommodations were perfect for our trip to Fort Wayne. Additionally, Marc went above and beyond to help us out. His response time to questions is phenomenally quick. Can't wait to return to Fort Wayne and will definitely book with Marc again!

My husband and I I were in town for a concert at Fishers Event Center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants and the walking trails nearby. This was our first trip to Fishers and would love to come back. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. Great location, beautiful home, everything we needed!

Stephanie is a great host and the house was perfectly welcoming. It was easy to find, easy to get inside, it was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at the house and the furniture and bedding were very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having a private fenced in backyard. The location is safe and walkable and also close to just about everywhere we needed to go in Fort Wayne. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt so comfortable in this home. The hosts did an excellent job thinking of everything we might need, and the space was spotless. Being so close to the restaurants in the city was incredibly convenient. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10, and we would absolutely stay here again. The only suggestion I have is to consider adding a curtain over the back door. Initially, my family was a little concerned about privacy, as we’re used to closing all the blinds and curtains at night. However, after the first night, we felt perfectly fine. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful space with us. We look forward to returning!

We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

I frequently stay at the ball house. Always a great stay, clean and close proximity to the family I see. I would stay again in the future!

This place is beautiful and spacious, Joanne is friendly and helpful (and sometimes downstairs at the chocolate shop), and flexible. Highly recommended, especially if you need access to Carmel.

I was Anderson for the week working locally. This space was perfect for me. It’s an older home that has been thoughtfully renovated into multiple apartments for short term rental. The house was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Roku TV and internet were great perks. Thank you!

Was the perfect Airbnb for a quick getaway. James was super communicative and the place felt just like home. Parking was super easy, plenty of food, and walkable. Will be staying here again next time we’re in the Indy area

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

I want to thank Rod for sharing this place in the downtown New Castle. We walked a block and shopped at a couple of stores and got something to eat at the downtown restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and was happy to relax. Very quiet neighborhood
