Everything you hope for at an Airbnb! The price, the location, the cleanliness, the responsiveness- in short, it checks all the boxes. I’m so grateful to have found this flat which made a state-to-transition so smooth. I’m grateful to this host and recommend it to anyone staying in beautiful Morganton.

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

Charming modern apartment in a converted mill building, has cool vibes. The place is cozy and perfect for two. The furniture is comfortable and kitchen has what you need. Super close to the historic downtown that has awesome shops and food. Would love to stay again!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolute perfection! Claudia and Ricardo’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

We stayed two nights for a golf tournament for our daughter. Location is very close to downtown, which was great. The apartment fit our needs perfectly - the electric fireplace was cool to turn on as we got there during a storm. Neighbors on both sides, one side with a young child that we did hear one night. Just an FYI - I remember those days for that family and would appreciate quiet at night if I were them. Thank you for the stay!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown Morganton. The apartment space is great, very spacious and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary items to prepare meals. Everything was in good working condition. Plenty of parking space

Place was great and met all of our needs for our stay! The yard was great for our pets as well! Location is ideal, convenient to a lot of different areas of Asheville.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Brevard College. I have stayed here several times and it is already very nice.

The creek was amazing! Great for rock hunting and peaceful sounds. The fire pit area was awesome too! The waterfall got covered up by some tree damaged but we managed squeezing back to get a good sight!

The house has beautiful views of the sunrise, and was spacious enough to house 4 adults and 3 very tall teenage boys. It was absolutely frigid the weekend we went, but having so many ways to access the decks would have been perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed our time in Hendersonville and a lot of that is due to staying at the house, which is located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay! Beautiful view across the street. Had everything we needed with coffee and stores 5 mins down the road!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. From the beginning of the trip to the end it was perfect. Communication with Trace (the host) could not of been easier and the amount of information about the house and the area that was provided was very useful. Check in, to include getting there and parking was easy. The house itself was sparkling clean and had every amenity anyone would need. This is the perfect location for couple friends having a vacation together or families just wanting to get away. Getting to downtown was also easy. I would recommend going back and forth between ride share services to get the timing and type of vehicle you need. Check out was easy as well. Overall this was just a great experience. To quote one of my guests “this place could not be better for us. It’s awesome”.

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

Wonderful location and very easy check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. The decorations were also adorable (loved the gnome theme). Would definitely recommend.

Great place! Very clean and as described. 2 things wish I knew when booking: Tire chains and/or All Wheel Drive are a requirement. Sugar Top Resort was windy during our stay, which means you can hear all sorts of air vents banging from the fireplace. This was incredibly annoying at night, and would keep a light sleeper awake. We talked to other guests in the elevator about this and it seems an issue for the whole resort.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway, we enjoyed the view and relaxing on the balcony.

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Again thank you for allowing us to check in early and your speedy response. Tim

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.
