We needed an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was very peaceful and relaxing to get out of town for a few days and leave the world behind. If that’s what you’re looking for you’ll find it here.

This was a perfect location for our mountain get away for spring break. We were close enough to Yosemite to drive out 2x, but also close enough to home. We were able to watch a family of deer outside the kitchen. It was a beautiful cabin. I loved all of the decor. The books about Yosemite were great to read prior to our visit to the park. We would stay again if we go back.

The place is really cute and everything is well thought out. Really nice and private.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and well-maintained home! It was the perfect fit for our group of seven, offering plenty of room to relax after a great day of skiing at Dodge Ridge. The cozy couch, big kitchen, and hot tub made it an ideal retreat. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Kyong was a great host. Very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The space was very well kept- very clean. Absolutely loved enjoying the hot tub after a long day of exploring Yosemite. Would love to come back again :)

Beautiful property and amazing host. House is a bit outdated but it doesn’t impact the value. We really enjoy the backyard (breathtaking). The deck, fire pit, jacuzzi. Gina is super responsive and tried hard to make our stay wonderful. I only wish the checkout time can be noon so we don’t need to rush out and enjoy the last breakfast in this beautiful setting. But overall, it’s a great stay. Totally worth the extra cost we spent on this property.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Oakhurst on my birthday with my parents who are visiting from India! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring Yosemite. Carl and Jennifer were responsive and made sure everything was comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

Such a peaceful, inviting, and accommodating get away spot! This was everything needed to escape the noise of city life. An unexpected perk was the amazing stargazing with a concert of frogs in the distance! Excellent hosts, beautiful place, amazing moments of peace.

Hannah’s cabin was absolutely fantastic, we had a great time during our stay. This cabin was nice and spacious, had a great deck with an awesome view. The pictures and description were very accurate . It is located in a peaceful mountain neighborhood. Lots of privacy and very peaceful. The only criticism I have is it is very far from any stores or restaurants. You have a 25-30min drive to any grocery store or pharmacy. Yosemite is an hour away, to the park entrance. But other than that we had an excellent trip made special by the great place we had to stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants nice peaceful retreat to Yosemite

The Snickerdoodle cabin was charming and comfortable with great amenities. Located in a great surroundings right at natures doorstep. The host Nick was communicative and very helpful! We would definitely stay there again!

This cabin was the perfect get away for myself, my husband and our dog! Noella was always very responsive to any questions that I had and made us feel very welcome. The cabin was the perfect size and came stocked with nearly everything you could need or want. I loved having the Keurig with stocked coffee, sugar and creamer; and there was tea available also. We had some questions about some nearby hikes, and Noella was quick to answer and very helpful with finding places for us to go. The bathroom was also stocked with fresh, clean towels along with bug spray, a few band-aids, shampoo, conditioner and soap. There were games available also in the cabin for us to play and a very cute, comfortable hammock outside. All in all we would love to go back and we had a ln amazing stay!

This is where you want to stay in Groveland. It is exactly what the pictures look like and more. Close to the lake and you feel safe with the garage parking and gated community. Alejandra was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Amazing location!! The perfect get-away experience! I came up here with some friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and the house could not have been any better. Private with an amazing view! Great hosts who were always reaching out to make sure everything was in order. I fully recommend this location and look forward to coming back! We’ve stayed at quite a few places over the years and this place was absolutely stunning. Peaceful, BEAUTIFUL trees, private, and super quiet. We had so much planned to get done during the week, it was hard not to want to cancel it all and stay in to enjoy the peacefulness of the home. Very welcoming for the fur babies as well!

Quick and Responsive. The fire pit was a beautiful touch, thank you to the host for assisting on turning it on. This is a glamping experience, but I was amazed at the amount of supplies and amenities this cabin was equipped with. Beautiful views. Quiet as well.

Great cabin. Loved the location it’s close to Sonora and pinecrest. Very cute cabin with lots of comfort.

The cabin was a great little getaway and a short drive from where I was coming from. The house was clean, comfortable and warm. The upstairs bathroom shower head was a little awkward, you had to hold it by hand to rinse off. No one in the house had a cold shower the water was nice and hot. The living room size was perfect for the family. The deck was a perfect hang out spot with a cup of coffee in the morning. Great hiking spots near by and Bass Lake just a short drive away.

Cozy Cottage for Couples! Loved the peaceful vibes and positive energy. Phil greeted and welcomed us with a lovely tour of the grounds. Lisa was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Oakhurst is a charming town and perfectly situated near Yosemite, Sierra Natl Forest, Bass Lake, and so much more - yet it feels pleasantly secluded, and you can't beat the starry nights seen from the property. The BBQ at Smokehouse41 was great, the Mariposa Coffee Roaster should not be missed - say howdy to "Gerry," Judy's donuts were yum, and the Thrift /Antique stores are full of treasures...enjoy the outdoors, majestic nature, and the nearby towns are full of quirky businesses and historical structures and sites. Thank you so much for a comfy bed, a restful retreat, and a beautiful stay. Peace. :)

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at the cabin. The location is absolutely beautiful - right on the creek, trails nearby. Our kids had a blast exploring outside, and also using the games/legos/Lincoln logs in the house. The cabin has absolutely everything you need - incredibly well stocked kitchen and rooms/beds for everyone. And being an hour drive to Yosemite Valley is of course the icing on the cake. The owners were incredibly responsive as well. We had a blast and hope to be back one day soon.

Everything was great! Place has unique climate and it is very cozy. Sara and Tony was responding very quickly and helped us with everything. Place looks so much better than in the pictures :) We really recommend this house!

You won’t find a better Airbnb hostess. Her communications were clear and responses to my questions were quick. Cindy provided all of the basics to make our stay comfortable. The cabin was in excellent condition and the beds were comfortable. Quiet “neighborhood “ was very peaceful. We had a lovely, relaxing get away.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, and its secluded location made for a perfect getaway. There are a couple of trails nearby that were wonderful for exploring, and the snowfall during our stay made everything even more magical. The view from the chimney area is stunning and really added to the cozy atmosphere. The Yosemite entrance is just about an hour away, which made it convenient for a day trip to the park. While the cabin itself is charming, the exterior could use a bit of maintenance or cleaning, and we noticed a little dust on the floor and a couple of spider webs inside. However, these were minor details and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.
