The host for is easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions leading up to the trip so we were able to prepare accordingly. They even gave us a heads up about the power outtage while we were away. The location is easy to find via Waze. The house is compact but has spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms all with bidet. The kitchen is usable, they even provided a hot n cold dispenser. Would love it more if there’s a microwave but everything is easy to heat up on a pan anyway. The tv has apps like netflix, and has karaoke! There’s no internet but Smart Data is strong enough for streaming etc. The dipping pool had the perfect temperature. Water is warm at night and cold in the morning! We set up a couple of camp chairs by the pool to enjoy the breeze, and spent a lot of time just wading around in the pool. Kuya Steve is friendly and made sure that the trash is collected in the morning, and that the pool is clean. The roof deck view is amazing! Would love to go back again!

This place was great for our family get away. We checked in at the stated time but they weren't finished cleaning. Fortunately, We were compensated for the inconvenience. Asides from that minor hiccup the stay was great! The walk to the beach was super quick and virtually and untouched beach! We were literally the only people there one morning! It was beautiful! The resort across the way reminded us that pathway and beachfront wasn't the one affiliated with the Sunlit villa though. Even though the lot beside it was empty lol! Apparently, the Azura Resort allows 5 people to use their amenities free of charge. We just walked through the resort to the beach the following day. If there is elderly with mobility issues the stairs up to the living area maybe challenging. Sleeping area is on the bottom floor and the living area is upstairs. I would definitely come back if we ever visit the Philippines again! We also found a local place to order food and have it delivered..Crissas Delights!

Highly recommended!👍🏻👏🏻♥️😄 Sarah is very responsive, very friendly, thoughtful and kind!😍 She gave us Senior and PWD discount! 👍🏻She even helped us find a laundry shop even if it is past dinnertime. She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

Bianca's home and beachfront was very private, clean, and beautiful. Ate Angela and other staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a lifeguard for the beach which felt safe for the kids. My family enjoyed especially the kids because not only could they swim at the beach but also at the pool. The pool was also cleaned everyday. The kitchen was complete of anything that you needed. The rooms had their own bathrooms which was a great convenience. We really had a good time here and Bianca was super on the spot to answer any of my queries! 🫶🏻

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

Place is great. Host was very responsive and helpful in giving directions going inside the subdivision. I like the self check-in feature. I love the rooms so much since it comes with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is complete. Drinking water is provided. The place is very peaceful. Overall, we love the place and will definitely come back if we visit Bataan.

The host is very responsive with my questions and requests. The place is peaceful and clean and is just a walking distance to Vista Mall Bataan. My friend was so happy she found a place like this to stay for a few nights. Hoping to book again this place in the near future.

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

This place smells good and clean. The pillows, bedsheets, blankets and towels also smell clean and comfortable to use. The bathroom is nice and clean. It is spacious and has a bidet. i wish it has a water heater for shower though. This place is very convenient if you’d like to go to Aqua fun coz it’s just a few minutes walk from there. Another thing i like about this place is the access to the rooftop. There’s no chair, table or anything in the rooftop but luckily I brought a beach mat with me where I lay down to do star gazing. It would be nice to have a chair there to just sit and relax and feel the breeze. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Gody is a very responsive host, and he resolves any issues immediately.
