There were 4 adults staying for Labor Day weekend. We had more than enough room for all. We have vacationed together for years. We all agreed this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. So well put together and everything you could ever need. The yard was beautiful, the deck had beautiful views of the lake. The furniture was very comfy and there was nothing more we could have wanted.

Stayed here for three days and never felt the need to leave. Laurie has everything you could need for a vacation. The place inside and out is absolutely beautiful with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. This was definitely a perfect lake house getaway.

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

great quiet cabin had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. no wifi or tvs so if your looking to disconnect this is perfect. We will be back in the future.

Debra was wonderful to accommodate our needs to be able to check in and get to our Elk viewing in a timely fashion. House was very clean. The area was beautiful with lots of fresh snow.

A Perfect Stay at Fife Lake Lodge – Beyond Expectations! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Fife Lake Lodge for two nights, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and charm of this place. The location is perfect, offering stunning views that truly make the stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The lodge had all the essentials we needed, and more - it was clear that a lot of thought was put into making guests feel at home. The interior of the apartment brought back a wonderful sense of nostalgia, adding to the warmth and character of the stay. An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We loved being right in the heart of it all - walking distance to the beach, the marina, plus the many eateries in the downtown area. The space was clean and quaint and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a small sun porch we could sit in to drink our coffee and watch passersby. We were planning to eat out so it was no trouble for us that this studio was not equipped for any cooking. We did have a nice mini fridge with a freezer for drinks and snacks. As soon as we arrived in town we watched the sunset at the marina and saw the northern lights immediately afterward! Guess it just worked out that night. Stacy was excellent with communication both by phone call and text. The shower was nice and hot but be aware there is a curtain dividing the bathroom rather than an actual door. Would highly recommend WaterFire winery a short 10 minute drive away. We love all of the water views in the area and walking to everything so we would be pleased to stay here again.

Super cute apartment unit! They had all the amenities, clear instructions, it was super clean and easy to check in and out of! Very nice! The host was super helpful with instructions and information before check in too!

We have stayed several times now. This place has a beautiful view of Lake Missaukee. They are always accommodating with check-in time. Check in and out was easy. Walking distance to restaurants. It had everything we needed. Host was very responsive.

We were in the area for a long weekend for the horse show. Kristin's place is conveniently located to the Flintfields Horse Park, Traverse City and Elk Rapids. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. She and her husband were friendly and responsive.

Great stay, small and cozy for 2 people. Bathroom shower / getting out is kind of tight but doable. A larger person might have more of an issue but over all would recommend. Pretty central in a small town

My family, friends, and I enjoyed staying at Tim’s property once again. Tim is easy to reach if needed for anything, and was a great host. The property is well located and beautiful! Walking distance to dine out, or just a few minutes drive to get groceries, while still feeling tucked away. We hope to stay again next summer.

My husband and I and our two girls had a wonderful time. The girls loved the loft area. Beautiful fall colors. We went to the Charlevoix Apple Fest while in town, and found some petoskey stones as well. Highly recommended wood shop social restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed at the cottage for 2 months in the middle of winter. Was very comfortable and got to meet my host when she came to drop off extra supplies and TV’s. We are a group of 3 disabled Vets and 2 emotional support animals moving across the country and Missy made us feel welcome and at home. She had great communication pre-booking too when I checked to ensure her place met our needs. Beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen. Spent time watching the locals ice fishing. Friendly but not intrusive neighbors too. Ran into some while taking out the trash. We had a great stay and would definitely book this cottage again.

We stayed at this charming cottage for a weekend with our family of 11, ranging from 17 to 74 years old. It was the perfect place for all of us to come together and enjoy quality time in a peaceful setting. The booking process was quick and easy, and check-in was seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately welcomed by the host, who had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The cottage was incredibly neat and tidy. I personally loved that there were limited televisions, which meant we spent more time playing family games and bonding. The cottage was very well-stocked with all the essentials, and we never felt like we were missing anything. Situated in a peaceful and beautiful area, the cottage offered a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Although it rained the entire weekend, it didn’t dampen the fun—there was still plenty to enjoy indoors, and the scenery was stunning, even from the comfort of the cottage.
