We had a very nice weekend at the cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice . It was very clean and perfect for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and well-maintained home! It was the perfect fit for our group of seven, offering plenty of room to relax after a great day of skiing at Dodge Ridge. The cozy couch, big kitchen, and hot tub made it an ideal retreat. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! We were two families and it worked out well with how the upstairs and downstairs are laid out. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained but it wasn’t overwhelmed with stuff and everything was is really great condition. The hot tub was a great treat and we were lucky enough to get snowfall while we were there. Overall a great stay!

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Todd was an awesome host. Very communicative and super helpful. Their place is wonderful and better than what is advertised. We had such a relaxing and peaceful visit up to Arnold and this cabin was a great home base for us. Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Very cozy and clean :) Hot tub was clean and operational, as well as actually hot!! Great to have after a long day of playing in the snow!! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and they even have the good TP! Location was also great. Quiet neighborhood though still close enough to all our favorites including SLBC and Grass Roots. Owners provided a street plow service all the to the driveway, so no shoveling snow!! Thank you Trace and Allison for a lovely stay. See you next time.

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful homey cabin. Really liked the remote that controls the lighting, thermostat and A/V once we figured it out. Hot tub was excellent and we were provided all the amenities we needed. Would book here again on a return trip!

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

My family very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need, and we cooked several meals. The beds are firm but comfortable, and the house is close to everything, especially the Raley’s grocery. Thanks to Glenn for sharing your home!

What a great cabin!! We loved our stay at Jon's place. The cabin was spacious and very cozy. Our dogs loved running around in the yard. The cabin had everything we needed and it was very clean. it was wonderful seeing the river from the bedroom and being close to many restaurants, hikes, and grocery stores. we would definitely stay again. thank you!

Our family of four had a great two days at the cabin. The cabin was very tastefully furnished and felt like home. It was cozy and all the amenities one could expect including a family room with games and books. The house was squeaky clean and the fireplace was a great touch. The surroundings were quiet and very private. We skied at Dodge Ridge which was 20 min away. Overall a memorable weekend for our family and we plan to visit again this summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Den. Perfect little cabin for a weekend of skiing Kirkwood. Very close and convenient. Nancy and her daughter are wonderful hosts. We will be back!

Excellent stay

Great location and a cute little cabin! Very close to palisades (where we skied) and local restaurants and a little market. Safeway not too far away either. We brought our dog, so the near by trails were great. Annalisa was very responsive to all our texts, and flexible when we got snowed in! Would recommend for a cozy winter get-away!

Perfect place for our toddler and our dog. Very cozy and they have everything we need. It is close to grocery/stores, which makes it very convenient. We had a great stay. I would recommend this place. Thanks to the lovely hosts.

We had the most amazing time in Renee’s beautiful cottage with the best view and location. Clear instructions and very responsive to all my queries.

We just stayed at a wonderful cabin in the woods overlooking Lake Tahoe. The cabin had two single rooms with queen beds upstairs that were so comfortable and clean. The downstairs had a great kitchen with lots of room to cook and great appliances. It had a nice dining area and table to sit and eat your food. The tv was awesome lots of apps to watch tons of current movies and series. Loved that so much. Everything was clean and easy to use. I would definitely stay at the enchanted family owned amazing cabin. James

Steve and Angel are amazing hosts. They live on site, however don’t let that deter you, the property is very private and peaceful. Steve and Angel are there if you’d like any local recommendations, otherwise they will leave you be. Our favorite features included, the wood-stove, the grill, and the hot tub. Great sleeping arrangements and the property is well equipped with everything you need! The property is exactly as described and you won’t be disappointed, highly recommend!!! Rented: March 2025

This place was above and beyond what we hoped for - cozy cabin, gorgeous property, thoughtful amenities, and fabulous host! Our family of four immediately felt at home and settled in thanks to Lori’s clear instructions and responsiveness when we had questions. She is a very thoughtful host who even recommended a slight adjustment to our schedule to arrive before a big storm, and she was spot on! We all enjoyed a very relaxing time with the entertainment provided - from sledding, to board games, kids books. Highly recommend. We will be back as soon as we can!

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Mark’s cabin. It’s very clearly a family home and not just a cookie cutter Airbnb (and I mean that in the best way). It was very comfortable for our family of 3 (+1 dog) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Mark was an attentive and communicative host who answered all of our questions quickly. The back deck looks out onto tall trees and the mountains and it was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return next year!
