We loved our staying how good was Faras to my family and Matin they all nice people and respectfully they responded to our request, we loved our stay.definitely recommend it.

İstanbul'da yaşayan bir arkadaş grubu olarak kısa bir süreliğine de olsa sakinliğe ve huzura kavuşmuş olduk. Ev çok temizdi, kullanılabilir alan ve imkanları ile hiçbir eksiği yok fazlası vardı diyebilirim. Bal ve Karamel bize iyi bir arkadaş oldular ve eşlik ettiler. Bu sayede de kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibi Zeynep Hanım çok ilgiliydi. Giriş günü yapmış olduğu bilgilendirme ile soru sormamıza dahi gerek kalmadı. Kısacası her şeyiyle çok güzel ve keyifli vakit geçirmemize olanak sağladığı için kendisine teşekkür ederiz. ☺️

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

Great for a couple, just 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and 5 minutes away from Galata Tower. Many places to eat and bars around. Just have in mind that streets are steep, I do not recommend to people with mobility problems.

Başlangıçtan sonuna kadar Ümit bey hem ilgili hemde yardımcıydı, sorulara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Gittiğimizde ev ve havuz sıcaktı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, ihtiyaç duyulacak herşey evde mevcuttu. Evin cafe restoran , market kasap gibi ihtiyaçları karşılayabileceğiniz konumlara yakın. Keyifle kalınacak bir yer.

Thank you to Yusef, Erol, and the cube suites team for a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our first time in istanbul! Everything was super easy from check in to check out. Great place to stay and explore the city and we also enjoyed the addition of "Chicken" the night time security guard cat! staff are on hand 24/7 and have fantastic local recommendations for sites and food. thank you again for everything!

Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt in Istanbul war sehr schön. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Vor dem Abendessen ruhten wir uns immer noch in der Wohnung aus. Morgens nutzten wir den Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine, um uns ein Frühstück zu machen. Der Supermarkt ist fussläufig. Die Wohnung war gepflegt. Bis auf die Regendusche funktionierte alles einwandfrei.

Все отлично.В квартире есть газовая плита ,отопление и всё необходимое для приготовления еды. Снимали это жильё второй раз и если будем лететь в Стамбул ещё,то только это жильё. Рядом транспортная развязка,добраться куда-то не составляет никакого труда.

Filiz e Alì sono persone straordinarie, molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i nostri bisogni. Anche se siamo arrivati molto in ritardo a causa del volo ci hanno aspettato. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la posizione è ottima. La cucina è molto attrezzata, la camera da letto è molto silenziosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e consigliamo a tutti questa casa.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, justo enfrente de la Torre de Galata, lo cual también lo hace muy céntrico. El departamento es acogedor y silencioso

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. Our visit will be in our memories for a long time, and we surely will come back. We felt in love with turkish hospitality and kidness and we wish to explore more&more. Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

Fırat bey çok yardımsever, açıksözlü, net, her an ulaşılabilir ve anlayışlı idi. ev rüya gibiydi. evin yemyeşil bakımlı kocaman bir bahçesi vardı. havuz her zaman sıcak ve temizdi. ev yeterince geniş ve geniş olmasına rağmen evin sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. odalar geniş ve her odanın kendine ait banyosu bulunmaktaydı. sadece temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olunabilirdi, tabi doğanın içinde olması nedeniyle haşere vb olması da normal karşılanabilir. tekrar konaklamayı düşünebileceğimiz müthiş bir haftasonu kafa dinleme deneyimiydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz

10 yetişkin 3 bebek şeklinde yaptığımız konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Ev tertemizdi. Bebeklerin ve bizlerin rahat etmesi için her şey mevcuttu. Kemal bey her ihtiyacımıza yanıt verdi. Sorunsuz ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Her şeyi bulduğumuz gibi bırakıp keyifli ve mutlu şekilde evden ayrıldık. Tekrar tercih ederiz.

Uğur Bey ve eşi Aybike Hanım rezervasyonumuzun başlangıcından bitişine kadar son derece ilgiliydi ve sorduğumuz her şeye çok kısa sürede geri dönüş sağladılar. Ev son derece genişti 5 kişi çok rahat şekilde konakladık. Üst katta 3 oda ve bir banyo-tuvalet mevcut, alt katta ise ihtiyacınız olan tüm ekipmanların yer aldığı mutfak, geniş bir salon ve tuvalet var. Havuz ve evin geneli tertemizdi. Kendilerine misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ediyoruz, arkadaşlarımızla bir kere daha tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Serdar Bey ile iletişim çok kolaydı. Eve giriş çıkış saatlerimizde de olabildiğince esnek davrandı. Evin lokasyonu merkeze yakındı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Küçük bir çocukla çok rahat bir şekilde konakladık.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
