super recomendable toda mi familia estuvo contenta con el servicio que nos ofrecieron está en buena ubicación super limpio diario hacían limpieza y ponían papel jabón shampoo los de la recepción siempre atentos y nos ayudaban en todo lo que necesitamos super anfitriones

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

Filiz e Alì sono persone straordinarie, molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i nostri bisogni. Anche se siamo arrivati molto in ritardo a causa del volo ci hanno aspettato. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la posizione è ottima. La cucina è molto attrezzata, la camera da letto è molto silenziosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e consigliamo a tutti questa casa.

Great location and price. Townhouse on 3 floors. Unable to take advantage of roof terrace sitting area due to weather ( start of April). 1 min walk to the blue mosque and Haghia Sophia. Transport arranged by host which was prompt and efficient. Fully kitted out kitchen and with sitting area. All over great experience.

Our extended family stayed for a week at Ozkans house Ozkan was very responsive to guide our taxi drive through the original cobble stone lanes. it is an original house dating back to the Otterman era, the house had everything we needed, lots of books washing .machine, well equipped kitchen. The main bed was a bit lumpy but strangely comfortable, downstairs double was ok, the single mattress wasn't so good. The house is halfway up the hill from the tourist area, lots of Cafes etc. Where the houses is,the area hasn't been gentrified. Was a little concerned when we arrived, Taxi driver wasn't enthusiastic about the area. However we found the area safe. friendly. We were a party of 3 women. and 1 man. Plenty of nearby small shops to buy groceries etc. The tram, bus and ferry station are 5/ 10 minute walk away, so very convenient to get to the Istanbull centre, Taksim or 30 minute walk. It was a very interesting enjoyable stay. Ozkan was a very responsive and generous host

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. Wir hatten einen Rundum super Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation war top, sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Ev tertemizdi. Hem balkonda, hem de bahçede vakit geçirmesi çok keyifliydi. Özel tahsis edilen bahçede mangalımızı bile yaptık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Evimde gibi hissettim. Marketlere yakın olması da konum olarak avantaj sağlıyor. Teşekkür ederiz.

Μείναμε για 15 μέρες σε αυτόν τον χώρο το λατρέψαμε…Είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο έχει μια υπέροχη φιλόξενη γειτονιά,τα πάντα είναι κοντά σου από φούρνο,σούπερ μάρκετ,κρεοπωλείο,καταστήματα,εστιατόρια,κουρεία.Ηταν μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα επιστρέψουμε.Ο ιδιοκτήτης ότι και να χρειαστήκαμε απαντούσε πάντα και οποιαδήποτε ώρα.Κανενα παράπονο!Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι φιλοξένησε 9 άτομα.Το αγαπήσαμε και σήμερα η τελευταία μέρα μας ήταν στενάχωρη.Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε.Το συνιστώ 100%.Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

İbrahim Bey ve kardeşi Berk Bey son derece ilgiliydi sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş aldık ev gayet temizdi soğuk olur mu diye endişe etmiştik ama sıcaklığı yeterliydi. Evin konumunun merkezi olması bizi ayrıca mutlu etti bahçesinde çok keyifli bir akşam geçirdik tekrarlamak dileğiyle. İbrahim Bey ve Berk Bey’e ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çok sıcak ve samimi bir yerdi. Hem temiz hem merkezi hem de fiyatı uygundu. Yaşadığım en iyi airbnb deneyimiydi diyebilirim.
