Although a lovely place to stay the residence had quite strict rules. I was sent a contract to sign which I’d never previously had to do. I was travelling up to meet my friend who just come out of hospital so I booked a two bedroom house. In the contract unless I had pre approval ( the guests name) as to who was staying they could cancel the booking. I think that is an over reach. Also, it’s pet friendly but I needed pre approval for my dog as well. PLUS although it was stipulated that there should be no pet hair etc or any sign of a dog staying , which is fine ( I vacuumed thoroughly and pick up after him) you are charged a $50 pet fee and I’m baffled why. As per my usual stay at air bnbs everything was washed and put away, wiped everything down etc etc. It just gave off an onerous vibe before I arrived , which was the antithesis of my trip which is a shame.

From the moment we arrived at Kathy’s place, we felt completely relaxed. The boudoir is beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious and exceptionally well-appointed. The space is thoughtfully utilised, featuring a huge modern bathroom that really feels like a luxury retreat. Kathy has gone above and beyond with thoughtful touches, from essentials and extra goodies in the kitchen to inflatables and towels for the pool, plus a well stocked selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The pool area is fantastic. It’s private and serene and we had no trouble finding our way when arriving at nighttime. The location is our new favourite on the coast. We loved strolling to Moffat and Dicky beach where an array of tasty cafes and restaurants await, but honestly, we were just as happy unwinding at the accommodation. It was the perfect getaway for 2 and we can’t thank Kathy and Alain enough for their hospitality. A truly wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic location! So close to everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Katie’s place was described perfectly and photos didn’t do it justice. The most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. Highly recommend the local surf club for meals it has fantastic views of the beach and great service.

What a beautiful space, all the amenities you could think of and more. Fully self contained including little touches like washing powder and a usb power point. Gorgeous, modern fit out and brilliant that it's doggo friendly. My dog loved going down the beach path at the end of the road to the 24hr dog friendly beach. Fantastic stay...thank you Derryn for a wonderful week. We'll be back!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Espectacular! Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. La casa es divina! Muy bien decorada, súper equipada con todos los electrodomésticos imaginables, vajilla linda, buenas camas, a metros de Sunrise Beach . Tiene parada de colectivo a metros de la casa. Todo funcionó perfecto. Pasamos unos días increíbles en Noosa. Gracias!!❤️

A fabulous place for 5 work colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the local hospital. Plenty of room for all of us to stay very comfortably with beautiful spacious shared spaces in and outside. The location is close to the beach allowing for lovely walks along the beach. We all agreed that would love to return to these gorgeous house with our individual families. Anne and David were fantastic hosts!!!!

Perfect location couldn’t get nearer to Shelly Beach. Peaceful yet walking distance to Moffat Beach. Marie was always responsive and respectful. Very clean with nice touches . Highly recommended.

Lynne was super forward and upfront and really easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Her room was comfortable with a nice little seaside vibe in there. Super happy with everything and would definitely stay there again

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location! Right by the beach. Beautiful big house with great layout for entertainment and relaxing by the pool. Would definitely go there again! Warning for our furry friends: lots of toads outside at night time.

Such a great getaway! We had my partners birthday weekend away and it was just what we needed! There was plenty fun for the whole family:) Scott and Elise’s place had absolutely everything, they even had put up happy birthday balloons as they knew it was my partners birthday! Absolutely stunning views and their place was super clean and private. Thank you Scott and Elise for being great hosts, what a lovely home you have and thank you for letting us stay.

Alan was a great host with a wonderful apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the ocean. The apartment is on the south west side of the building so it has great views of the ocean to the south from the balcony and master bedroom and views of the hinterland from the 3rd bedroom which has floor to ceiling windows. It's alos easy walking distance to Coolum's main cafe's, resturaunts and boutiques and Coolum beach. I would fully recommend Alan and his apartment to anyone who asked.

This is a truly special place to stay. The bungalow itself is beautifully decorated to create a sense of calm and peace, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. But it's the location on the edge of the rainforest, through which you can access the beach in a few minutes, that makes it unique. Jane is also the perfect host - very responsive and helpful yet giving you space to enjoy the bungalow as you wish. Highly recommended.

Whitehaven was exactly what we needed for a Christmas family holiday. Comfortable, quiet, private but with access to great amenities and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach that felt luxurious at this time of year. The house was easy to live in with so many ‘extras’ and the local IGA and shops provided all we needed. Everyone wants to return next summer.

A group of 6 ladies had a 2 night stay in Julie-Anne’s Apartment and we had a wonderful weekend. The Apartment was fabulous, very comfortable, clean, with amazing water views. It is very rare to find an Apartment with 4 bedrooms at a reasonable price so this is a stand out and I would highly recommend this Apartment for large groups. We will certainly stay again. Julie-Anne was an amazing host, and very responsive with all communication. 5 Stars all round. Thanks Julie-Anne for a wonderful stay😊

Three generations of my family loved our stay at Shae’s. We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the extra additions throughout the house, you will not go without. Our favourite place was the peaceful, private and green backyard where we all enjoyed the heated pool. Beds were comfy, two lounge areas to cater for the teens and it had a stocked kitchen which catered easily for the 10 of us. Enough space also to securely park 3 cars. Communication with Shae was clear, prompt and helpful. I We would highly recommend!

The view is amazing, the area is walkable. Near shops and restaurants. This apartment is a lovely place to have a relaxing romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. Fabulous peaceful place to stay! Unit was lovely, well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches throughout to feel comfortable and homely. Welcome goodies in fridge were nice. Comfy beds, pillows and soft towels. Pool and spa facilities were excellent. Location was great, close to beach and cafes. Also close to nature with bush and birdsong which we enjoyed. Close to plenty of attractions nearby too. Simon was very responsive with clear and easy check in instructions. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).
