Perfect for our visit to see our family in Melbourne. Lovely house, home from home, definitely recommend - great take away as and cafes 3mins walk away

Good place, quiet area, clean.

Otto's place was really well kept in an ideal location for us. we had family and friends close by. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station and then a 45 minute train ride into the city of Melbourne. lots of beautiful locations near by to visit by car, I would highly recommend it. We will be back.

An absolutely wonderful stay. Location was perfect for our needs, host was very responsive. Home was lovely and felt very comfortable. Brilliant.

The house is cozy and convenient as described. Our family of 6 has enjoyed utmost in the house with locked garage and 4 bedrooms for all of us to share. The suite bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for elderly people in the family. The house is awesome, and we love it very much. Donna is also responsive to our messages before, during, and after our stay.

Staying at Stuart's place was a great experience from start to finish. Stuart checked in with us before we arrived to ensure our check-in was a smooth process and contacted us again after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was in a great location with a short walk to the supermarket and a range of other shops at the end of the street. The area was pretty peaceful most of the time, making it a great place for a quiet getaway, although the street and surrounding area does get very busy in the afternoon with a school close by. Plenty of off-street parking was available across the road, which was very handy to accomodate our large rental car. Access to the home was a breeze, with no need to worry about keys or lockboxes etc. Once inside, the house was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The multiple air-conditioning units were definitely a very welcome addition for a very hot few days.

We had a great weekend at Kathryn’s thanks again for being a fantastic host especially staying up late for our arrival and offering to give us a lift if we needed to go anywhere and giving Tiffany hairspray before we went out for the day great house and location thanks again ‘Tiffany and simon

Beautiful apartment exactly looks like pictures. Walking distance to Brickwork shopping centre and very convenient. Kevin will give you all the instructions to make sure your checking process goes smoothly.Definitely we gonna Book Kevin’s place for our next Melbourne visit

Lovely private spot. Really enjoyed the night time nature sounds, even popped out for a walk. Awesome communication from the host, catered to my late booking.

My kids love the place and great locations with convenient supermarkets. The host Jing Jing is very nice and replied in time.

Kevin provided a very clear checklist for check-in. The location is right in the middle of local shops and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible. Parking was convenient, and the building was excellent. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay at this amazing property. The host was fantastic in helping out with access and instructions prior and during the stay. It's a brilliant location and the rooftop here is unreal. For a busy spot it is surprisingly peaceful, I wish I lived here!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

I had a great stay at Vaquay. The apartment was exactly what you see at the photos and it’s very clean and comfy. I loved the location The supermarket is located on the side of the building entrance it was very convenient, easy to go anywhere around 6 minutes walk to crown casino and restaurants.the communication was 10/10 they organised a earlier checking was very helpful! I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Melbourne. Thank you 🤩
