One of the most enjoayable stays ever! The house is beautiful, unique and in a very interesting neighbourhood - authentic Athens experience away from the touristy crowds, but still well within walking distance to Acropolis and other major attractions. Multiple cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk, convenience store, bakery and others. Ilias is a great host - friendly, very communicative and super helpful - provided us with a bunch of Athens tips and helped sort out a few issues. I can't recommend this enough. Looking forward to visiting again <3

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. Zentrale Lage, 10-11 min in die Altstadt und zur Akropolis, recht ruhig, Parkplatz im Haus, sehr nettes, großes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Terrassen und eine voll ausgestatte Küche. Sogar Obst, Kekse und Tee, Kaffee war für uns da, danke! Gerne kommen wir wieder

this is probably the best location you can dream of in Athens. the unobstructed views from the balcony are unimaginable and the apartment itself is just amazing, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, can’t recommend the place enough!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι ωραία διακοσμημένο και πολύ άνετο .Η Κα Ευαγγελία πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική με βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαζόμουν με πολύ προθυμία .Θα πρότεινα το σπίτι με πολύ ευχαρίστηση.

l'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla ma molto vicina all'acropoli, un perfetto compromesso - centrale senza essere in mezzo al casino. Facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni, molto negozi di alimentari, frutta, verdura, Bakery, bar. Si respira un clima un po' più autentico rispetto alle zone più turistiche, che sono comunque a dieci minuti di distanza a piedi.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

Я жила в квартире Джорджа месяц и могу сказать , что здесь я себя чувствовала как дома . Расположение квартиры супер , все вблизи от дома ,рынок ,аптека, магазин Склавенитис , Лидл, пекарня с вкусным хлебом и сладостями , рядом метро . Place was at the center of all the Athenian action, especially the main attractions - the Acropolis and Agora. Hosts were super responsive, giving us clear directions for check-in, recommending good restaurants, and setting up an early-morning ride to the airport. Will certainly visit again!

Great Apartment, with beautiful views of the Acropolis. All sights can be reached on foot, but keep in mind with the occasional steep climb. Tram/metro within walking distance.

Ev tertemizdi ve çok sessizdi.Thelma tüm sorularılarımızı hızlica cevapladı.Mahalle güzeldi.Portakal ciçegi kokuları içindeydi.Merkeze metro ile ulaşım var.Havalimanına otobüs ile ulaşım var. memnun kaldık.

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή φοβερός χώρος. Δίπλα στο μετρό. Καθαρός και πολύ ωραία εξυπηρέτηση με τον οικοδεσπότη. Και Πάρκιν.

Thanos nous a accueilli même très tôt le matin. il nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appartement et indique les activités à faire à Voula. Il faut une voiture pour ce déplacer ou faire appel à des taxis via Uber ( très reactif). L'appartement à 2 chambres, il est très agréable avec de belles prestations. la piscine est un vrai + ainsi que la climatisation. Les poubelles et serviettes de toilettes sont changés tous les jours. Nous recommandons ce logement

We’ve had a fantastic few days staying at Petros’ apartment. Located within about 30 mins walk to all the main attractions (or 5 mins to metro station if you’re not the walking type!), it’s in a peaceful location, just underneath the viewing area of the highest point in Athens. (If you’re not very mobile this might not be the place for you as there’s a pretty steep climb to get there). All amenities were available including pool towels for the rooftop pool, sunscreen if you forget your own, coffee and most importantly of all, a couple of cold beers and some water in the fridge!! Petros was very helpful - he arranged our transport from the airport even though we landed late at night and really helped us out with a late checkout so we didn’t have to hang around with our luggage! In summary, if you’re heading to Athens and want a nice apartment and a great host, I’d highly recommend this place!
