What an amazing gem! Tucked away, but with plenty of amenities that you would fine at a modern, big-city hotel. Great family space, with privacy, but also big family spaces. A perfect fit for our family team in town for a race. We will be back!

Great place for a family. We came here in February so didn’t get to use the pool but the view was beautiful and the house was warm and cozy.

What a beautiful spot to spend a few days in the UP! The home has everything you need for a relaxing stay and Seth and Kerri were super helpful and great communicators. The location was easy to find despite being pretty remote. It's only a few minutes from downtown Marquette and was very comfortable for our group.

I have so many positive things to say about this home. Barbara is a fantastic host, her son is helpful and friendly. The home, pond, gazebo and acreage are amazing. Lots of trails just behind the cabin, connecting to state forest trails. This is our second time staying at Barbs place and will totally return in the future.

Everything is just as described. Perfect place to disconnect from the world. Craig is an amazing host! I will definitely be returning next year. If you’re a fisherman, bring your gear. Plenty of pike in the lake but be advised entire lake is very shallow. Had good luck with a #4 Mepps-yellow/orange with a gold blade. Good cell service with Verizon. Dollar General just 5 miles away for any last minute needs. Thanks Craig!

The house was great for our family, two adults and 3 teens, for a long weekend. It was helpful to have the extra space on the back porch to store our skis and would be great if we come back with our bikes in the future. The location was walkable to shops, restaurants and a short drive to NMU campus and downtown. We appreciated the local coffee and Trenary Toast provided. We also greatly appreciate the time and care that was taken to clear the driveway of snow from a blizzard that passed through before our arrival!

I stayed this past weekend for a funeral. And I’d come back! Granted, I’m from Kingsford so I know the area. But this place is a little jewel. They even had a fire pit, with pre cut wood. What a thoughtful amenity! The host was responsive/ property clean. Everything an Airbnb should be. Kudos! 🙌🏻👍🏻 All said, a couple of minor small observations. -Dust the dining room chairs, especially the rails. (I inspected hotel rooms for 20+ yrs.). ☺️🤷‍♂️ -That sliding door didn’t instill confidence. -An electronic lock with a code would be awesome. -T-mobile internet. ($55 per mth). Hot spot works, but it’s a pain. Great job and appreciate your warm hospitality! Best, -B

We had a great time just wish it was closer to snowmobile trails, definitely would stay there during our fall color tour.

Lovely stay in a comfortable home. Squeaky clean, very responsive host. Charming architecture, woodwork and some lovely furnishings, which gave it loads of character. Tastefully decorated. Well-supplied kitchen - be sure to check the coat closet at side door for more cooking essentials (griddle and large pot). Easy door access and lovely front porch/furniture. Plenty of parking, close to everything g in Marquette. Comfortable beds and loved the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Quiet neighbors, safe area. One thing to note: our small shih tzu could fit through the slats in the large fenced-in yard, so needed supervision while outside. Wonderful accomodating and attentive host - thanks for the great stay, Eletta!

Everything we needed in a nice comfy home for ourselves and our dog. Never before have we felt our dog was as welcomed as we were! Lots of thoughtful amenities too. Fenced backyard was super.

Perfect cabin in a beautiful setting! It was the ideal cabin for a peaceful weekend. Cyndi was very responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful, private location centrally located to the Pictured Rocks trails we wanted to hike and convenient to heading into Munising as well. Plenty of space for our group of 8-9! The fire pit in the yard was terrific for a nighttime gathering around fire. We appreciated the outdoor gas grill and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners.

Had an awesome time at Debora’s place. The decor was so fun to look at, and the location is within walking distance of everything downtown. Would definitely stay again!

I’ve had my eye on this BnB for years and finally had an excuse and big enough group to book it! This space was everything I expected and more! The kitchen was beautiful and spacious! The living room was comfy and the big enough for everyone to unwind at the end of the night. Each room had so much character and charm. I could go on and on! This space did not disappoint!!!! Plus, the location was walking distance to so many wonderful shops and restaurants! I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Ryan’s place for anyone traveling to the Marquette area. Ryan was very friendly & helpful, the space was just as described, check in was easy with great instructions and the area was beautiful. Ryan and his family live above the Airbnb but you could hardly hear them. The space was comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. I definitely plan to return next time I’m in the area.

Perfect location for visiting the Pictured Rocks and UP in general. Super clean and well-stocked. Felt very homey and comfortable. Thank you for the stay!

A perfect place to stay for an adventure in Marquette. Close to Washington Ave with lots of great restaurants and shops while being far enough from the traffic to be quiet even during the busiest of events, such as the UP200 Dog Sled Championship that took place three blocks away. Highly recommend for any trip to the UP!
