Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

I recently stayed at Villa Calangute, and it exceeded all my expectations! The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed to offer both comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, including the well-maintained pool and fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The location was perfect—close to the beach and key attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The staff (Darshana, Rajan, Alpana) was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We asked for the chef service, and were blown away by both the versatility and taste we got to experience. In addition, Ranjan’s cooking for authentic — this validation comes from a Goan family! I highly recommend Villa Calangute for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa. I would absolutely love to return for another visit!

Our stay was only booked for 4 nights initially but we extended our trip with two children for another 3 nights as the place was so comfortable and clean. John and Johnita were kind, friendly and generous hosts who went out of their way to help us where they could , whether that be lifts or recommendations. Drinking water is also provided. The apartment was spotless, with two messy children and lots of wiping the floor, the cloth would always be clean, no dust or dirt. Highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

Sanvi's place was ideal for hosting 2 of my guests who were visiting. Place was neat and clean and had all the facilities necessary for a 2 night stay. Will surely consider booking their place again.

Everything about the place was fantastic—truly outstanding. There were just a few electricity issues from time to time, but the inverter took care of that. It would also be great to have cleaning services available for longer stays.

Basappa was very friendly, cooperative and property is very good, it is worth the money. Recommended stay near to Candolim beach.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. Very well located if you want to explore all the fine dining places in Goa like Izumi, Bawei, Jamun and the list is endless . It’s also next door to shopping stores like flames , Rangeela Goa and no nasties . Nice place with access to pool. We travelled with toddler and a kid of 7 years and having a cook around was very comfortable

I had a great pleasant stay at Nishant's place for 2 days. He has kept the place near and clean. All the necessary amenities including some really unexpected emergency ones were present. I would recommend this place for individuals and couples.
