When you arrive at Alessio’s place you find an very clean & cosy home. The location, close to the beach and a short walk to the town center make for an easy stay. The simple furnishings both inside & out are perfect for a beach holiday. The outside space is large enough to feel private & roomy. The addition of air conditioning is a great bonus not always found. Staying at a place so close to the beach that you hear the waves, especially at night, is a lovely experience. Alessio is very kind, a good communicator & a really lovely host.

Наша відпустка з сім’єю в чудовому будиночку пройшла чудово. Francesco був дуже приємний і завжди допомагав ц вирішенні проблеми. Будинок знаходиться в чудовому місці де поряд є багато прекрасних пляжів. Поряд є супермаркет де можна придбати все необхідне. Дуже гарна кухня яка максимально комфортна.

Posizione perfetta, host carino e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Villetta piccola ma accogliente, dotata dell’essenziale. Cortile interno con posto auto, ampia veranda con tavolo, sedie e lettini persino una doccia esterna. Posizione comoda,meno di 100 m dal mare, spiaggia incantevole, posto residenziale molto tranquillo. Posizione ottima per spostarsi nelle varie attrazioni della prov di Trapani. Aldo, una persona squisita, molto reattivo alla comunicazione e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta o informazione. Consigliatissimo!

Wir haben uns in Alessandros Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft direkt am Strand und man kann quasi direkt ins Meer springen. Alessandro hat sehr prompt auf Fragen und Wünsche reagiert und uns wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben.

This place is truly a little gem. Has absolutely everything you need. Incredibly clean and looks brand new. Easy walk to the beach and even easier walk to restaurant and cure town center. We were only there for 3 nights but we could have easily stayed for our all vacation. If well ever spend time in San Vito lo capo, we’ll definitely stay at Antonia’s again

What a place! I think it looked even better than on the pictures. The view from the massive terrace is absolutely amazing. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. The sound of the Sea and birdsong greet you in the morning. Also an easy 10 minute stroll up to the village of Scopello with lots of restaurants and bars. Ferdinando and his wife greeted as personally upon arrival and again came to see us when we left. Absolutely recommend this place.

Marina’s apartment above the beautiful beach if calla mazzo di Sciacca was a wonderful place to relax with my family for a week. The weather was extremely hot, so we spent most days at the pretty beach enjoying the clear water, shoals of fish and getting drinks and snacks from the beach bar. Marina’s air conditioned flat was a great place to escape the heat and sunshine and we had peaceful siestas each day. The locality is a quiet beach side villa complex just 3 minutes walk from the beach and a short drive to Scopello village for restaurants. We explored other local beaches too including the ones in the beautiful Zingaro reserve. Marina was an excellent host, always on hand to communicate with on any issue. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful break.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Sie ist sehr sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Alle Geräte/Einrichtungsgegenstände sind funktionsfähig. Der Check-In funktioniert tadellos. Alle Fragen werden binnen kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Zwei kleinere Kritikpunkte sind trotzdem erwähnenswert. Zum Einen wird man durchgehend von den Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft beschallt. Zum Anderen ist die Unterkunft eher etwas abgelegen von Cafés oder Restaurants. Der Stand ist zwar fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch hatte auch hier in der Nähe nichts geöffnet. Dies kann aber mit unserem Reisezeitpunkt zusammenhängen, welcher Anfang Oktober war. Alles in Allem war es trotzdem ein sehr gelungener Ausflug.

Had the best time here! The place is amazing. It is a part of a very very beautiful resort, everything was clean and cozy The host was very nice and kind, the place has everything you need, the pool was great, the views are stunning and is close to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend.

The stay at Evanthe Garden was amazing!! The apartment, the garden & the pool area are a dream. The owners live in the apartment on the opposite side what we highly appreciated since they helped and supported us with everything we needed. Giovanni and Paula are absolutely lovely hosts. We will definitely come back!

What an enjoyable, one of a kind experience during our 5-night stay. The home is right across the street from a beautiful lagoon, very secure, as others have described it. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout. Small, but really well equipped kitchen. Vivi provided us with pasta, sauce makings, bread, a bunch of water, coffee, jam. Made it so easy to snuggle in. The property in front of the apt. Was built in the 1800s - what a treat to see that type of home and live in a possibly simpler way than we might always. Also, great shower, hairdryer, washing machine. We were often visited during our late afternoon happy hour by neighborhood kittens and the sweetest dog in the world. Salt pans are nearby. Ate at mamma caura for lunch - best salad I’ve had yet in Sicily. Seafood was sublime. Went to two other restaurants/bars near by (outdoor) that were a treat. Quiet this time of year which also made it seem other worldly. Vivi was incredibly responsive to 1 blip.

Die Unterkunft war exakt wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Energiekosten sind ziemlich hoch, aber dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in dieser Villa. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und leicht bei Fragen oder Problemen zu erreichen.

Graziella's house is exceptional. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the coast. It's easy to get to the sea and it's close to Selinunte. The house sits on a large property. In the front of the house is a beautifully landscaped driveway lined with a well trimmed hedge and local trees and includes a parking area under a pergola, large enough for 3 or 4 cars. Behind the house is a well maintained garden and pool which also includes an outside dining area, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen. The back of the property is an orchard with native Sicilian tress (olive trees, citrus trees, etc). The house is elegant and spacious; on two levels with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. All common areas (living, dining, kitchen) are beautifully decorated, well equipped and extremely functional. Graziella was a fantastic host. Welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this house for a great stay!

We spend last week of September in casa Sunshine. This is an absolutely perfect place for summer vacation for a large family like us. All 4 small kids and 6 adults were happy and accommodated comfortably. The house is full of light, spacious, modern, stylishly decorated and super well equipped - we found everything we need and more. Outside area is wide and safe, kids spend all the time playing on the terrace or grass. The swimming pool is just perfect, has a selected part safe for kids. There are a few lovely beaches just near by. Maria Paola and Gianni are wonderful hosts, easy to contact, very hospitable and helpful. Special thanks for kids beds and chairs, wine and delicious pastry! Thank you very much once again from all of us, we were welcomed and feeling like home!

The place is an exceptionally good hit. Quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of space, great porch, comfortable large bedroom, air conditioners everywhere, large bathroom. The second bedroom is a compromise because of the lack of a window and therefore air, but we were a couple and we did not use it. Great location just 10 minutes drive from beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The pool is great with an amazing view. The parking lot is large and is an absolute convenience. The best service from Danilo, who took care of us in a perfect way with advice, delivered us coffee and breakfast in the morning and was always smiling and available. I 100% recommend this place!

I cannot say enough how happy me and my family are staying at this home, the host the location the amenities, they thought about everything, and we were welcomed with a beautiful bottle of wine, nothing comes close to this place in tre fontane. Board games blue tooth speakers a one minute walk to the beach, restaurants/ bars / piazza . Beautiful air conditioning, you will 10000% be taken care of by the lovely owners and host . If we can ever come back to Sicily we will stay here again 1000%. Beautiful kitchen and marble bathroom everything new and renovated. (We never want to leave😂) I still cannot believe this hidden oasis in my home town. Working washing machine and anything the host could provide he did . Amazing communication skills and passion from the owners . A true clean Sicilian work of art . Everything about this place is true to its word . Thank you so much Pietro & Maria . appartamento pulito, ottima posizione per quanto mi occorreva, presenza di acqua in frigo, caffè, cosa non comune da trovare in abbondanza. Spazio esterno gradevole e ben tenuto

Host disponibile e gentile, appartamento pulito e a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente torneremo

Logement neuf, spacieux, bien équipé, très propre.. Jolie vue mer. Très calme. Walter nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et nous a donné plein d'adresses. On s'est baigné tous les jours soit sur la plage juste en dessous (côte un peu raide... on est allé en voiture dans problème de parking en Octobre), soit la grande plage San Marco. Poissonnerie IsolaFish au port de Sciacca est top ! Bon emplacement pour rayonner vers Agrigente, Selinunte, Marsala... On recommande !

I miei genitori sono stati ospiti da Angelo. La casa è situata in una via tranquillissima, molto caratteristica dove non passano automobili e vicinissima al centro di San Vito. La casa era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario per trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Angelo è stato molto gentile e nonostante non fosse presente ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili e si è sempre sincerato della situazione rimanendo sempre a disposizione in caso di bisogno. Consiglio quindi Angelo e la sua casa. Grazie

Tutto perfetto. Leonardo è stato più che disponibile sia per quanto riguarda informazioni e consigli sulla zona sia per facilitarci con gli spostamenti. Utilissimo e fondamentale il servizio di noleggio bici. Casa e giardino splendidi. Sicuramente da consigliare e da farci ritorno. Grazie!

Laura was a lovely host, the house was exactly like the pictures and the views were even more amazing in person. The kitchen was really well equipment and Laura gave amazing recommendations for things to do and see during our stay as well as a bottle of her wine from her vineyard. Would highly recommend

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in questa bellissima villetta situata all'interno di un residence immerso nel verde, a pochi minuti dal centro di san vito, dove regna la privacy e il silenzio, lontano dal caos della movida. Ad attenderci, Valentina, che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, suggerendoci come vivere al meglio la zona. La casa è spaziosa e ben pulita, completa di tutto ciò che possa servire e un ampio spazio esterno dove è possibile rilassarsi. Cucina super accessoriata con beni di prima necessità sia dolce che salata e set di cortesia da bagno, cosa non scontata. Rosa è stata un Host cordiale e disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare l'ora del check in e di utilizzare un pass per parcheggiare facilmente in centro. Grazie a Rosanna e Valentina per la vostra ospitalità. Speriamo di ritornare presto.
