Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. Only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bags, so I couldn’t empty the garbages like I would have liked to. Beautiful tiny home and perfect location across the park with close access to forest trails.

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

Such a wonderful place!! Loved this lake house-and the property! Victoria and Kevin were absolutely amazing to work with- and so was John (and his daughter) at the Pontoon rental that Victoria recommended. We had a great family vacation- highly recommend!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We had a great time - cozy place, comfortable bedding, and can’t beat the location. We had fun playing games and walking to the playground across the street, using nearby hiking trails, and a short walk to the town shops. Fun family weekend to get away.

From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we had a wonderful time. The host was very helpful she responded very promptly whenever we had an issue, which was very minor issues which was my fault lol. The place was very clean and it looked as just how it was advertised on Airbnb. I don’t think she went into enough description on how beautiful this home is every bedroom has a beautiful view to wake up to and there’s a lot of natural sunlight into the home from all of the big beautiful windows. The home is very kid, friendly and family orientated. I gave this home a 10 start review! We will be back ! The home location is minutes away from grocery shopping and local entertainment. She gives great detail on wonderful places to visit. She gave a lot of details on the history of Laporte as well which was awesome . It’s so good to know and understand where we were at and to know the history and how beautiful the town of Laporte is. The town Museum is a must to visit !!!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The view was absolutely stunning—pictures truly don’t do it justice. The house was incredibly spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic, making me feel welcome and part of the community. Great place to stay if you’re going to Notre Dame football game. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Great place for a peaceful walk or jog. The fall colors around the lake are amazing.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing weekend in Culver on Lake Maxinkuckee. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the condo had great views both from our little private deck and from the big common area just a short walk away. There were plenty of chairs and loungers available . We went to the Farmers Market on Saturday at the park and ate at several of the restaurants downtown over the course of the weekend. This is just a perfect little getaway destination.

The pictures really do not do this place justice! Clean, well appointed, and a perfect view of the lake! Walking distance to downtown Culver. Will definitely stay again!

Jennifer was super responsive and easy to deal with! The unit was just as described and the location was top notch - easy to get to restaurants and shops nearby! The view of the lake was great. Also, very easy and non-hassle check in and check out! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture in both living room and bedroom. It had very easy access to the water. It was pretty quiet since we were there Thursday to Saturday, not the full weekend, which we liked. Condos have shared walls so always a bit of “neighbor noise” just due to proximity, but honestly it was minimal. We had neighbors on both sides above and only heard minimal noise in the mornings. There is also ready access to charging which was great given we have an electric car.
