Jennifer and Sandi's place was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The house is exactly as advertised - cozy, comfy, and clean. The gas fireplace was a perfect touch for the cool fall evening. The location is great! A short drive into Harwich Port where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a wonderful market (Cape Roots is a very cool spot for coffee, sandwiches, and groceries). Overall, this places is fantastic and I would recommend it 100%. We hope to be back next fall (if not sooner)!

The house was even better than the photos! The kids enjoyed the home As much as the adults (especially the toys) and Amy was great to communicate with.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

I was visiting for the holidays, and happy to find Monica's listing was in easy proximity to family and friends. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and I felt right at home. Though I didn't cook as I was out so much, I did note the kitchen was well supplied. The entire place was clean, neat and as pictured. The large backyard is securely fenced, which with two small dogs I really appreciated. Watching my young dog zip around while I stood on the deck above was great fun. It was an enjoyable stay and I'd re-book for future visits.

This place was perfect! Super cute & quiet neighborhood that felt safe. House had an open floorplan...clean and refreshing. Pretty sure it was newly renovated. In fact, if I didn't know better, I would bet that we were the 1st family to have ever stayed here. We especially loved that there was separation of space with the 3rd bedroom/full bath downstairs. Eric was quick to respond to concerns we had about impending weather. Highly recommend this place.

Our family had a great "first" visit at the Cape and staying at Leslie's place was truly the best possible choice for our extended family. Having two grandchild under two - the layout of the house was absolute perfection. Not only enough space to spread out, but also the privacy and quietness of the upstairs bedrooms was wonderful. This separation of space allowed all the adults to be loud and have fun in the evenings without disturbing the babies. The private back yard, Adirondack chairs and fire pit allowed for some great conversation and lot of laughs. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make a few great meals. Leslie was great with answering any questions we had and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to someone looking to visit the area. Three local beaches within 5 or so minutes. We had a few great meals in downtown Hyannis and also so conveniently located to hop on the ferry to Nantucket or the Vineyard for the day. (Which we did!) Great stay!

Haochi was understanding and was easy to communicate with. Very proactive when he was going to be out of touch for a little bit.

A lovely spot nearby to everything the Beverly/Salem area has to offer. Karen and Brian were so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. This was the most well-appointed Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, we really appreciated the snacks and amenities. We’d love to return in the future!

Sean was very proactive, helpful, and responsive before and during our stay! The place was very clean and spacious. Would stay again!

My husband, 2 yo son and I had a wonderful stay at Erin's beautiful home! It was quiet, clean, spacious with wonderful natural light. It was a perfect location in Plymouth, close to great restauraunts, breweries and the ocean! Erin was incredibly helpful - making sure we had everything needed for our toddler, helping adjusting check in/out with his nap time and giving us very helpful suggestions. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend her home to any one coming to Plymouth!

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was comfortable and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment I booked, Ryan was very helpful. He communicated well and checked in upon arrival and before we left. His place was perfect for our 5 days. The subway was a 5 min walk, which was awesome!! We parked our car and didn't have to worry. The place was simple and clean. The lounge was an added bonus. If we return to Boston, we will definitely try to stay here again!!

Beach front view, hot tub & a fire pit, hearing the waves crashing outside & seeing starry night sky was so relaxing, and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. John & Carol were such an amazing host and so helpful to accommodate us if needed and there was open communication which made the experience even more comfortable. Their space felt so welcoming that we wished we had a longer weekend to be able to stay an extra day or 2. Highly recommend, honestly the view of the beach was amazing, local restaurants and marketplace within minutes away (no more than 8 min), everything we needed was all there. Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to stay♡

Had a great experience staying at Dogtown, will absolutely love to go back there again. The host was wonderful and very kind. The animals were beautiful and nice. Location was peaceful. Everything you may need was just 10/15mins away. We got all of our questions answered and more! Will be looking to book for the near future. We went for just a weekend and it truly was worth it.

Beautiful, cozy cabin! Will definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

Beautiful little spot - right down the road from town. Clean, quiet, and perfect for a weekend away from the city.

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

I want to thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything was excellent. I look forward to seeing you again next summer.

Kris and Julie’s cabin is gorgeous inside and out! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our fall holiday at their lake house. We were struck by how peaceful & serene the location is given the to Boston. Thanks for a great stay !
