Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

Really nice place to stay. Modern interiors and nearby to shops and restaurants. Nik was also really helpful the entire time!

Rebecca's place is the perfect spot for a cosy weekend away. The flat is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located in the town centre with a lovely view of the church. Rebecca was very responsive and went the extra mile with small touches - thanks for a wonderful stay!

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

its easy off the M5 but you need a car or taxi to get around. However these shops close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

We had a good stay while we were here for the weekend in Birmingham. The apartment was exactly how the host described it and was a very well cleaned and cosy flat.

This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic communication, friendly and helpful. Location was great, a few minutes walk to the centre and 15 minutes to the castle. I was there for work and will stay again..

I felt so at home staying at Barbara Kata's place for the last few days. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything you need is provided and more. Barbara is very quick with responses and any queries and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area 😊

lovely stay. Location ideal and handy free on road parking as well as space on driveway if needed. very comfortable homely stay. all you need to make stay perfect. comfy bed and living accommodation. hosts friendly and approachable if needed

The apartment and garden are beautiful. The building is surrounded by fields. We enjoyed staying in such a lovely, clean, relaxing place, and my son enjoyed seeing all the nearby farm animals and running through the garden. If you are visiting with children (Clare catered so well for us and lent lots of baby kit), bear in mind that the carpets and much of the furniture are beautifully white, so it’s not the place for messy play. It suited us very well because we were out during the day.

Martin’s place was great near the zoo and castle where we were heading. Martin was a great host very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Would stay again as didn’t have time to do everything.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Superb time at Play queen, nice and secluded area out the way, lovely place and an excellent playroom to boot! Will definitely stay again! Chambers was excellent in communicating and making sure all was well with our stay!

Brilliant really clean , great spot and the jacuzzi was amazing. 5 stars would definitely stop again
