Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Very spacious and airy appartment. Well heated in the winter. Great terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops. Right in the centre, at the top, of a very hilly town!

Logement très bien situé, en centre ville, proche de toutes commodités. Un peu bruyant cependant (du monde et des mobylettes sur la place devant l'immeuble) mais c'est un peu normal en centre ville. Appartement très agréable malgré la chaleur car nous pouvons faire des courants d'air. Vincenzo est un hôte arrangeant.

The perfect rustic get away. Great value for an authentic Italian countryside get away. Lovely pool and trampoline for the kids, comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen, friendly host who left us home baked treats and breakfast bits and was always happy to make a recommendation or give us lemons and eggs from the garden. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s apartment and without a doubt the perfect host that went above and beyond our expectations. The apartment is modern , spotlessly clean with every amenity and then some and the best location for exploring Orvieto. We loved it and hope to return. Thank you Barbara for a 5* stay !!

My time at Casa Amelia was wonderful, the home and area is extremely peaceful with the most beautiful view and surroundings. The home has everything you need and more, the traditional Italian character and details of the interior make it unique yet homely. It was a joy to meet Fabio and Antonella and learn about the history of the home. I didn't want to leave! Grazie mille Flavia, Fabio and Antonella.

È stato un vero piacere soggiornare nello splendido casale di Franco, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto! Franco è stato molto disponibile e ci accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Veramente un bel posto dove ci piacerebbe ritornare!

A great apartment, easy to find and check in was very easy. The place is very cute and homey. The stairs are quite steep to the bedroom loft, so if you have any mobility issues this might be a challenge. Other than that the host is very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here!

casa vacanze "la mattonara" è un bellissimo luogo immerso nel verde a2 passi da Viterbo....bellissima la piscina, bellissimo l'appartamento,fornito di tutto ma proprio tutto per passare una vacanza tra relax e cultura...i proprietari sono fantastici.....gentili disponibili e mai invadenti....ogni mattina ci hanno coccolato con degli ottimi dolcetti fatti in casa(buonissimi)...che dire...bellissima esperienza, spero di poterci ritornare quanto prima....grazie Mauro,grazie Nadia....siete stati il top!!!!

ottimo appartamento dotato di garage sotto casa comodissimo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta che porta al centro storico tutto visitabile a piedi.ottima accoglienza .posizione ottima anche x girare i borghi della Tuscia.

Casa bella e caratteristica, è la seconda volta che siamo ospitati con cura e gentilezza.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a casa di Ilaria. La casa si trova in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Abbadia, ma comunque vicina al centro. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in perfette condizioni, ordinato ed estremamente pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno: prodotti per igiene personale, cucina molto fornita ed anche il necessario per la colazione oltre ad una simpatica bottiglietta da 33 cl di prosecco di benvenuto. Self check-in flessibile e semplice, host comunque presente in caso di necessità e reattiva alle nostre richieste. Tutto perfetto, Ilaria host eccezionale!

Posto molto molto tranquillo, ideale per visitare i dintorni, principalmente naturalistici, e con possibilità di trekking con partenza direttamente dal posto. Appartamento carino, fornito di tutto quello che può servire, e facilissimo da raggiungere. Parcheggio agevole e di fronte all'ingresso. Inoltre il castello di Balhtus, praticamente a fianco, è molto suggestivo

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

La casa è bellissima e pulitissima, vasca idromassaggio da favola, Anais è super disponibile, una padrona di casa eccezionale. Nulla da dire, se non grazie per il soggiorno, Soriano è un paesino incantevole. A presto!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Un vero angolo di paradiso! L’alloggio è semplicemente incantevole, curato nei minimi dettagli con un’eleganza romantica che ti avvolge dal primo istante. L’atmosfera è calda, accogliente, perfetta per una fuga d’amore. Luciana e il suo compagno sono stati fantastici! Abbiamo anche apprezzato la bottiglia di acqua nel frigo😂 la colazione e il pensierino di Pasqua che ci hanno lasciato! Anche se siamo stati poco c’è rimasto sicuramente nel cuore. Se dovesse ripresentarsi un’occasione torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Mille!🥰
