Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

The perfect place to stay during our trip to Hyannis! The cottage was so lovely, felt right at home with everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The little village was so quiet and relaxing with everything that downtown has to offer just minutes away. The hosts were very thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable during our entire stay. We would love to come back for another visit and stay here again!

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

The apartment was easy to access and had everything we could have asked for. Rodrigo made sure to provide more than enough for a great stay!

Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating. Her place was perfect for us, and we loved walking to the beach and biking the rail trail very nearby. Restaurants were plentiful and varied and the neighborhood was charming and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephanie!!

It was a great place with everything we needed.

I was in town for the Moby Dick Marathon and Joanne's place was the coziest, most comfortable place to situate myself. It was close enough to the downtown area without being right in it. I didn't have a car so I walked everywhere and it was extremely walkable (maybe a 25 minute walk to the Whaling Museum). Since I was attending a 25 hour event, I could really appreciate how quiet and conducive to rest it was as I relaxed in the day leading up. Once the marathon was over and I needed to get away from the crowd, it was perfect to fall into bed with a cup of tea after a hot shower. If I'm ever in New Bedford again, this would be my ideal place to stay. Joanne was a super attentive and considerate host. Knowing what I was in town for, she sent me local links about the event.

We had a wonderful weekend here. It was everything we had hoped for and more- will be coming back in the summer!!

As someone who is in the hospitality field, I can say that this place ticks all the boxes. The hosts are very hospitable, the place is pristine, and the location is peaceful and quiet. Roberto was even kind enough to help us with our bags. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean quiet setting with great amenities.

We had a very comfortable 5 night stay there in mid-August 2024. The place was as advertised with off-street parking. It is walking distance to downtown Falmouth and is conveniently located. The apartment was clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable. They were very responsive hosts!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

We needed to stay close by for a funeral and Jenny & Ania’s spot was just what we needed. We had a very easy check-in, the place was spotless, and was very cozy for our needs. There was a perfectly convenient shopping area with restaurants less than .2 miles away which was great as we got in late. Our only regret is not having time to try the pool! Thanks so much Jenny and Ania.

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!
