We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!

This AirBnb was recommended by a friend, and it was not a disappointment! Anyone with kids looking for a R&R vacation, this is the best spot! To have the whole house and all the amenities to yourself is wonderful! The pool, movie theater, games, full kitchen, master suite, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, dining room, and especially the laundry room is great! Judy responded very quickly and was always polite! The house and the pool was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes which is a huge bonus. We would definitely come back, and we would definitely recommend! Beautiful home and wonderful stay!

Tina & Todd are great hosts! They're both extremely nice and friendly! The house is beautiful and feels like home. They have two super friendly dogs who did great with us and our 2 year old and four month old. Barlow and Babe are the best! We are already planning our next trip to Gettysburg and our next stay with Tina & Todd!

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

We loved our stay. The house is great for a larger group. Wonderful living space and fun game room! Having a hot tub was also a plus. The location is wonderful and is very private. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was still cold but the kids loved that it was open already and my wife and I appreciated the hot tub after a long day of traveling. The sound of the highway is noticeable, but after a day you get used to it. The yard was private and sat back away from the road which was nice for the kids to play in. If we find ourselves in Virginia we would stay here again.

MJ is an organized, thoughtful and responsive host! Ski Ya Later felt pretty luxurious, kind of like a boutique hotel. The master bed mattress has a premium foam mattress and was very comfortable. Having a morning coffee in the sunroom with the electric fireplace was a real treat. The highlight was being able to walk right onto Whitetail! Would love to stay her again!

This is the second year that we’ve stayed and I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the hosts. Always great experience, house is always spotless, the hosts are always responsive and the location for us was perfect. Thank you!

This company worked out excellent for my granddaughter‘s wedding. We were near the venue. It was comfortable. Michelle was an excellent host and provided the additional accommodations that we needed due to the circumstances. I would definitely recommend staying at the Indigo

One of the coolest places I’ve stayed so far! Waterfront activities, ATV trails, and much more, all on the property so you don’t have to worry about getting your group together to go out and do things. Ken was also an amazing host - very responsive, gave lots of suggestions and directions for things to do in the area along with the plethora of cool activities he’s created on the property. Couldn’t have asked for a better get away for me and some friends

Our family enjoyed our stay! There was something for everyone - the kids loved the game room/studio and the adults loved the cozy wood burning stoves, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful surroundings. Everyone loved the large hot tub! The house is very private and is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We would definitely come back again.

Nicole was responsive and friendly and the place was perfect for us. It is a short walk to downtown, which was fine for our group, and we loved the quiet neighborhood and easy parking. We stayed in two other airbnbs in downtown Frederick this spring as part of a series of work trips. While the others were nice for the convenience of being right in downtown, this was a more spacious and quiet space that worked out better for us and will be our first choice when we come back.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Jacqueline and Nate were more than accommodating during our spring getaway. We encountered a flat tire traversing the WV mountains and needed to stay another night to have it fixed. Jacqueline was quick to respond and was able to grant us another night, which maybe we just truly needed :) would recommend place to any families with small children. Absolutely beautiful !

I took my wife for a quick birthday getaway on a snowy january weekend. We love berkley springs as we only live 45 mins away., but i wanted a secluded place to spend the weekend just outside of Berkeley. What a great spot, we plan to return this summer w the kiddos and take advantage of the stream and water below the house. Cant wait super excited to come back. Thanks kristen for your flexibility. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house and property are well maintained and everything functioned the way they should. The property offered a relaxing environment, which is what were looking for. Cynthia's place is dog friendly, which made our stay even better. Downtown is only a 10 minute ride. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend Cynthia's place to anyone who is seeking a quiet getaway in well kept home.

The schoolhouse was absolutely beautiful in a private and beautiful location. We sat out on the patio in the morning and it was so peaceful to drink our coffee. The place had everything we needed for a nice peaceful weekend away from our work lives. They made check in and out extremely easy with very detailed instructions. As well as it was an extremely easy place to find right off the road. The place looked just like the pictures.

What a GREAT place for a getaway! The house was exactly as pictured. It was secluded but still close enough to civilization. It took us 8 minutes to get to Bryce Resort. It was clean and it smelled amazing as soon as you enter the home. The beds were ridiculously comfortable! Jennifer was very quick with her responses when I reached out. The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals. One of the BEST things in the house is a white standing fan that's in the bedroom off the kitchen. It was PERFECT for those of us experiencing night sweats! This was a spur of the moment trip (The Hubby), so I was so grateful that Jennifer allowed us to stay in her home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a great location. My family stayed here when we were in town for a family wedding. House was clean, nicely furnished, and backyard was awesome for our dogs that traveled with us. Check in and check out were easy. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Cute cozy little cottage that was just perfect for my husband & I and our 2 dogs🌸 There was a thunderstorm one day and the rain on the tin roof was so relaxing we all took a nap🌸 We woke up in the mornings to sweet little robins singing and had our coffee on the front porch with our dogs and watched the robins in the beautiful pink tree in the front yard🌸 There is lovely farm with a pond across the road that looks like a painting and at night we could hear the frogs springtime serenade🌸

We needed to rent a house near our daughter's wedding venue for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. This home suited our needs perfectly. Spacious, immaculate, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable! I mentioned the clean floors previously because we had to iron full-length gowns for the wedding. The teenagers had a blast with the ping-pong table, pinball machine, games and zip-line. In addition, there were thoughtful touches such as coffees, teas, cream and chocolate. Also an "on your honor" snack bar and drinks (which the teens loved). We all wished that we would have had time to extend our stay just to enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer! John and Leslie were friendly, very responsive hosts and also notified us immediately when we left an item behind. We could not recommend this house more!!
