This was the perfect little house for us while visiting NC. Only 10 minutes away from family, where we spent most of our time. It’s an older house with wheelchair ramps outside and grab bars in the master bathroom. Hall bath has been updated nicely. There is no fireplace that I found, but the house was warm and cozy (our weather was cold and rainy) with comfortable beds, and newer kitchen and laundry appliances. The host was very responsive for it being Christmas time. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future. Thanks Courtney!

Beautiful home, very clean with plenty of space for a family to relax. The location was a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to restaurants and businesses when needed. we will definitely choose them again.

The house was spacious, Large dining room table, kitchen and living room had lots of spaceas well. Nice back deck with fire pit and grill. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. The house was nicely kept, clean throughout. The weekend I stayed there was a storm coming in on the day I was checking out. I messaged Claudia and Mark last minute to see if I could extend the stay , and they allowed me to extend it I'm so grateful to them for being such great host to my family.

This trip has been on my bucket list fir a while now and we loved it, Chad is great, the house was great, i am planning on riding my motorcycle down again soon and i want to stay in Chad's place tgen also, Thank you Chad for everything. Mike Partin

I honestly don't know where to start. This home is absolutely adorable!! From the welcome basket, to the comfy beds. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. 5 stars doesn't do this home any justice. If I could give it 10, I would!!! Thanks for being such a great host Molly!

We LOVED this home. We are extremely frequent air bnb users...like every weekend almost in Greensboro and this is tied for our 1st place home. Love SO much about it. The fenced backyard was perfection and I mean it. Our pups loved it and an added plus was the precious 3 legged pup next door....neither of our 2 pups barked at the dog. They sat puppy chatting and it was THE sweetest thing we've ever seen. Love the layout, my partner is an early riser and I'm the late nighter late riser, I never heard any movement. Covered porch was great! Only problem and it's nothing, was the dog food bucket led ants inside, but I moved it outside. This home REALLY caters to dog lovers w many dog bowls in and out. We loved the 2 living rooms w large tvs. It helped wy son watching YouTube and we hate it lol. We have found a new fav. Great home

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had a lovely stay for a few days and can’t recommend this place enough. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. The location is remote enough to appreciate the local nature and close enough to all points of interest in Carrboro and Chapel Hill with a quick drive.

I stayed for four nights solo and it was perfect. I did a small load of laundry. Could reheat leftovers, and work from home. Good setup since I brought a few things with me. Walkable to restaurants (less than a mile) but bring a few things and it’s great!

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!" 

We were in town for our college reunion and the house was perfect! Plenty of space, great location and so well appointed. It had everything we needed and then some! I would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Durham near downtown!

I had a nice quiet peaceful stay. It is a great location for trials at Rising Star Canine Ranch. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. I hope to book this place again.

could not have asked for better hosts. we had some issues with the water and they were very quick to come check it out even though it was working by the time he got there , extremely sweet people. hope to stay again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s truely seclude and a beautiful cabin. Getting to it was little tricky. May be couple of direction sign to the cabin would help.

What an amazing stay! Such a cozy cabin and warm ambience. From cozying up inside by the fire to sipping coffee on the porch it was the relaxing stay that I so desperately needed. The porch is expansive and has extremely comfortable rockers, the bed upstairs with the soft lighting at night is romantic and relaxing, and the property was really enjoyable to walk around. The host was friendly and very responsive. I had a wonderful time with my fur babies and would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful time, and would certainly return for another visit. The experience was seamless, productive, and rewarding! At the time of my visit, March, I was a little disappointed in the condition of the hiking trails. There were several felled trees on both the trails I attempted, but given the stormy winter we've had and the season I chose, it's hardly surprising. I will say, I look forward to enjoying these trails fully next time!!

I booked this for a weekend retreat for my boyfriend's birthday and Rocreek cabin was everything we could have hoped for!! The location was secluded, serine and just LOVELY!!! The small details in the cabin were soooo perfect and just added to the experience. I love that she labeled towels for the furbabies and also had bowls for them. Our favorite part was the waterfall out back!! Having the window open above the bed and being able to listen to that while we slept was soooo relaxing!!! I also got Rhonda to bake a cake for my boyfriend's birthday and it was delicious!! $25 well spent and it was waiting in the fridge when we got there. Loved the area, as there was so much to do and see! Hiking sharp top, which was 15 mins away, was AMAZING. We also enjoyed the D-Day Memorial, which was also within 20 mins. Bedford is sooo quaint and cute!! This property and the area is a must see!!! Thank you both for being such AMAZING hosts.

David really has thought through each aspect of the stay, from privacy, to relaxation spaces, to convenient items like robes for the sauna and bowls for your dog. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Floyd is such a lovely place to visit, with lots to do, but this spot was designed so well we really wanted to just stay back and relax, have coffee on the porch, and use the sauna. So thankful we found this spot, and we would love to come back some time!

Perfect getaway. The location is amazing. It was our second time here and we will be back again. We got in the hot tub, and had some now flurries that made it magical. It was toasty warm inside with the gas fireplace, even had plenty of space heaters too. Overall, it was great.
