It was an absolute joy to be hosted at Mark's whare. It's a home away from home, well taken care of and well loved, but also very beautiful. The Decor is stunning and it was so easeful to stay for a week. We also forgot an important belonging, Mark went out of his way to make sure it was returned. Just a straight up good host.

Mark, We all raved about your bach and had a fabulous time. We hired both big and small bach and accommodated all ages from 4 adults, 3 adult kids, 3 teenagers plus 1 dog It was hot and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend and it had everything we needed.

House was well equipped and very spacious.Lovely large back and front gardens.Bus stop nearby but not many buses so we used taxis into town and back. Host was very helpful on the two occasions I called her. There were only 2 of us but would be great for a family. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful scenery, live entertainment over the fence and a brilliant back-story of the cottage make this a very special place. Great for families wanting some time away. Would highly recommend and already planning our return.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Ensuite for both bedrooms is handy for couples staying together.

This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Palmerston visiting family. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed using the covered outdoor deck area which was a great spot for a little wine and cheese in the afternoon overlooking the private backyard. We also appreciated the useful extras such as milk, tea, coffee and condiments which we put to good use – thank you to our thoughtful host! If you wanted to cook, it had everything including lots of herbs and spices in the pantry. The location was easy to find, in a quiet street, and it was useful to have a nearby supermarket (<10 min walk) and Annies fish & chip shop (3 min walk) (good). Would definitely stay again if we come back.

My family and I had a great stay at Brenda’s property. It was in walkable distance to the beach and local cafes. It felt super homey and we made some great memories here.

Very nice modern Off grid BNB, beautiful rural setting and set away back overlooking great landscape with an incredible view, very well-appointed accommodation with a very comfy bed and fantastic shower great little extras like a BBQ and log fire. Hosts were responsive and respective of privacy, defiantly will stay again.
