Maruggio : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wonderful portion of a villa with great neighbors. The rooms are huge with beautiful furnishings and flooring. The terrace area really was a lovely way to embrace the day. The bed linens were to die for, crisp, ironed, white vintage Italian percale that made sliding into bed a sheer joy! Aunt Nia was an absolute delight and made us feel right at home for 6 weeks. Internet was great for 2 of us working. Everything we needed in a beautiful setting.

Wir sind 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewesen. Francesco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und Wasser geschenkt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich direkt am Strand, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet außerdem noch eine große Dachterasse für die Gäste an. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Kajaks, die zur freien Verfügung standen. Optional besteht die Möglichkeit, sich eine Massage zu buchen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage um zu Fuß an den Strand zu gehen. Federica war eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich immer um einen gekümmert und Anliegen direkt beantwortet und auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc gegeben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Siamo stati ospiti da Maria Teresa ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio l’appartamento un vero “gioiellino”e l’accoglienza ottima , l’host sempre premurosa nei nostri confronti dandoci ottimi consigli della zona . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e lei ci ha aiutato a risolverlo . Peccato solo che il tempo è stato un po’ brutto . Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri un grazie di cuore e un abbraccio

Un antico casolare perfettamente restaurato nella campagna tra Otranto e Santa Cesarea, uno dei tratti più belli della costa adriatica salentina. Alloggio perfetto, confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort. Camera da letto con un ampio soffitto a volta e cura nei dettagli di ogni angolo. Siamo stati per la notte di Capodanno ed è stato tutto perfetto, dal pomeriggio in cui siamo arrivati alla partenza il giorno dopo, complice un meteo bellissimo. Da segnalare il bellissimo spazio esterno da sfruttare per alloggi di più giorni e la host, Germana, sempre gentilissima e disponibile.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Tonia sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, vor allem die große Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick. Wir sind manche Tage einfach nur auf der Terrasse geblieben, weil sie so schön war. Tonia ist super nett, sehr proaktiv und jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, perfekter Urlaub zum Entspannen :) Danke, Tonia!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nell’alloggio di Nadia, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Inizialmente abbiamo avuto problemi con il condizionatore che non riusciva a riscaldare l’appartamento e subito Nadia e sua sorella ci hanno fornito 2 stufe per stare più caldi. Insomma, è andato tutto per il meglio. Consigliatissimo!!!

If we could give this a 10 we would! The lovely apartment, convenient location and the host, Marco, were all outstanding. The apartment is well appointed and nicely furnished. Prettier than the pictures. Balcony is large with wonderful views. Location is great, easy to walk to historic center and lots of restaurants. Parking space under building was easy and secure. Elevator from garage up to apt. floor made unloading/loading easy. Marco's communication was excellent. He is very welcoming, friendly, and responsive. And, we loved the amazing coffee machine that grinds beans and makes delicious coffees! Our experience in Lecco was very enjoyable and made even better by staying in Marco's apartment.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

This was a great base for exploring the city and region. An attractive 2 bed, with Netflix. Close to train station and excellent bakers a few streets away. As a hostess Tatiana went above and beyond from dealing with queries an issue and a breakage. Plus our 4th late addition was not a problem Deserves her 5 star rating.

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

Alles bestens. Ausgesprochen komfortabel und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang sowie sehr freundliche und hilfreichen Kommunikation.

Świetny apartament, bardzo czysty, komfortowy, piękna łazienka. 5 min do plaży. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, która automatycznie się wyłącza przy otwarciu drzwi na zewnątrz . Ogólnie zdecydowanie polecam. Jedyną uwagą może być to, że nie wiedziałem przed zameldowaniem, że w jednej sypialni jest tylko jedno okno, które wychodzi na klatkę - to było lekkim minusem.

What a fantastic place so close to the beautiful town and beach and the terrace was perfect so quiet and private. Amazing shower and comfy bed, perfect! We ate out every night and all amazing. We parked at top of the hill on white spaces which are free. We’d love to come back!

Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Roberta è stato impeccabile, ogni aspetto della struttura è pensato nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza e lo staff sono sicuramente uno dei punti forti. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben arredati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il patio esterno è un vero gioiello, ideale per rilassarsi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato.

Antonella è davvero una superhost! È stata sempre super disponibile e l’appartamento è una vera chicca. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, ed il paesino è davvero tanto carino! La posizione è strategica per vedere tante mete salentine interessanti! Tutto ottimo! Grazie e alla prossima ❤️

Ludovica’s home in Ostuni is a true hidden gem — it feels like stepping into a piece of history. She kindly greeted us after our long flight with recommendations for a delicious pizza dinner and a welcome basket of local food. The rooftop was our favorite part, with a view of the sea and historical Ostuni. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Puglia. Parking locally on the street was very easy, if you’re looking to rent a car.

Op basis van de foto's en de prijs hadden we al hoge verwachtingen. Deze verwachtingen zijn volledig overtroffen. Het was echt ongekend goed, als je naar Zuid-Italië gaat, is dit een MUST GO. Zo gastvrij, zo'n fijne tenuta, heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend en overal was aandacht voor, ze zetten ook echt een extra stap om je helemaal welkom en thuis te voelen. Wij zijn er onze eerste 10 dagen van de vakantie geweest om het zuiden van Puglia te ontdekken. Het ligt daarvoor perfect, we hebben alle leuke plekjes in de omgeving verkend allemaal op minder dan een uur rijden. Het enige waar ik spijt van heb is dat we deze accomodatie hebben geboekt om de vakantie mee te starten, ik schrijf deze recentie nu vanaf onze tweede accomodatie en die valt echt in het niets vergeleken bij Tenuta San Trifone. Ik denk oprecht niet dat je een betere accomodatie gaat vinden in het zuiden van Puglia. Emanuele, Laura en de rest van de familie, super bedankt, het was top!

Hôte très accueillant qui nous a aidé à sortir nos bagages. Parle très bien le français. La villa est au calme, très reposant. L’appartement est très bien équipé, même la cuisine ce qui est très rare. Très bien situé près D’ Alberobello, Locorantodo, Ostuni. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances

Conforme à la description , logement très propre dans un belle environnement , proche de plusieurs sites à visiter , Anna Mina est très accueillante en plus fait l'effort de parler français . Je recommande sans hésitation .

Giacomo è stato molto disponibile , la casa era pulitissima e ben curata, il patio e la pineta impagabili con una vista sulla natura.Molto apprezzato anche dal nostro piccolo cane. Consigliatissimo

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Pasquale. L'appartamento era comodo, pulito e con tutto il necessario, inoltre lui è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile nei nostri confronti. Consigliamo l'alloggio di Pasquale e speriamo di poter tornare a visitare il posto.
