Die Unterkunft ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und liegt direkt an der Straße mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, an der die Linie 53 direkt ins Stadtzentrum fährt. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums, jedoch abseits des starken Verkehrs im Stadtzentrum. Der Flughafen ist ebenfalls bequem mit der Buslinie 22 erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet viel Platz mit einem komfortablen Wohnbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das großzügige Badezimmer ist modern eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Empfehlenswerte Gastgeber

Очень очень понравилась жилье, местоположение, территория, хозяева. Совсем рядом река с чистым пляжем и детской площадкой (актуально для тех кто с детьми), недалеко центральная прогулочная улица Йомас с кафе и ресторанами, море с хорошим чистым протяженным пляжем, кафешками, и шикарными закатами, железнодорожная станция и продуктовый магазин, три раза в неделю фермерский базарчик. Имею большой опыт аренды апартаментов в различных странах, здесь хозяева предусмотрели все для чудесного отдыха своих клиентов. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все, что может понадобиться, Вам не нужно заботиться ни о каких хозяйственных мелочах ни для краткосрочного ни для длительного отдыха. Есть и чайник и плита и холодильник и микроволновка и тостер и даже блендер. Территория очень чистая, ухоженная, зеленая, много цветов, так приятно на ней отдыхать или удаленно работать.

This is a clean, cute, two-room apartment very near the beach. The property owner is very responsive and the apartment t is very nicely supplied with all you need.

This apartment is in a magnificent old building on the beach. Hard to miss. The outside needs some refurbishment, but Anita’s apartment has been done wonderfully — attractive, well designed, well equipped and comfortable. Everything we needed was already there, allowing us that extra bit of relaxation.

Ivo is very kind and forthcoming host. All the questions were answered/solved in a quick manner, without any burden. Apartment is cosy and fully equipped - you don’t need to worry about anything. Perfect match for a pair or single traveller. Excellent location for those travelling with their own car (reserved parking space is included into offer). I would consider this apartment for the next stay as well.

The apartment was perfect. Very close to the airport and public transportation to go into the city. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely rent this apartment again in my future trips to Riga.

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The surroundings are stunning: forest full of blueberries, mushrooms and a lake with clean water perfect for swimming. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, scooters for the kids. Viktorija & Martins are great hosts: always available to help if needed. We have experienced Cyclone Kirsti during our stay. The storm left a few trees broken and blocking the roads to/from the house. Martins was working ready hard to clear the broken trees to make sure that our stay was not affected. There are lots of interesting places to visit that are within 15-25 mins drive. We went to Jurmala and Riga a few times. I really enjoyed the Kemeri bog walk and Ragakāpa Nature Park which has a picturesque and quiet beach. But the kids enjoyed the most Marupe Wake Veikborda park (water obstacle course).

Viss super, lieliska komunikācija, jauks saimnieks. Virtuve pilnīgi aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo, trauki, tēja, kafija, eļļa un piedevas gatavošanai. Par visu bija padomāts. Viesistaba izrādījās krietni lielāka nekā bildēs. Forši un mājīgi. Jauka pirts, noteikti ir vērts izmantot. Paldies par labi pavadītu laiku!

It was A very nice stay with the owners taking a good care of our family. House is spacious and very special, as it is a family home and has everything you might need. Our kids said they felt like staying in a manor or a castle. Everything has been built and made as for themselves and you could feel the personal touch and history. The house has automatic gates (with private parking right next to the house), lovely garden area with super good privacy and possibilities to grill and chill outside in the garden. Kids were playing basketball. The best is location - few minutes walk from the seaside and the main walking street with bunch of good restaurants as well as park with a lot of kids activities. Very central, yet hidden gem 💎. We definitely recommend 🥰

Dimitri’s place was amazing and have asked for a better place during my stay in Riga. It’s in the best of old town, and within walking distance to surrounding neighborhoods that are more for locals which I enjoyed exploring (Maskačka, Quiet Centre, Teka to name a few). It was a very clean place and Dimirti was responsive through and through. The instructions for checking in and out were clear. I would love to stay here again when I return to Riga! Paldies Dimitri!

Very specious apartment, beautifully renovated in a classic building. I loved the large kitchen and bath room. Just a short cab ride to the city center or you can even walk if you are up for it. The burger place next door was a life saver as I worked late on the first evening - very, very god. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Riga.

We had a great stay in this apartment with two teenagers. It is a spacious, clean apartment with a separate kitchen and a central location. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed everything!

Fantastic apartment with everything you'd need. It was immaculately clean, has a private car park and was easy to find. The onsite restaurant is nice and there is a lovely beach just a few minutes walk away. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Martin's apartment was perfect for my wife and I, and had everything you could need for a short or extended stay! Walkable to all of the main spots in the city, and necessities like grocery stores and train/bus station. Martin was kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. Great internet for remote work as well (~550+ mbps). Highly recommend staying here!
