Country Private Vacation House

Stay at our lovely home and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach and cook on the grill and relax in our private home sitting at the end of Derikson Creek. Large wrap around back deck with a view down the creek and into the woods. Plenty of room inside with a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. Our cozy home is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

The property is close to Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to Boardwalk and everything in town. My place is good for families and big groups. There are four BR with multiple beds/bunk beds, three baths, outside shower, washer/dryer, screened in porch, deck, large back yard, patio with grill and fire pit. I also have a pack and play for infants/small children. There are two free parking spots, and there is ample street parking (passes required Memorial Day through Labor Day).
