I can't imagine a more perfect stay! The main house and grounds were impeccably clean,decorated gorgeously and supplied with all the items you could possibly need in the kitchen. Our checkin and checkout was so easy and went smooth. We were so impressed by your attention to everything with the home and property. The property is on the most beautiful setting and we liked visiting the town of Hamilton. Absolutely loved our stay and every second of our stay ! Thank you!

The place was perfect...the pool was great for the 4 little boys we had with us. Very close to the ball fields and restaurants. Monica was great. very responsive to questions. We plan on renting agosnnext year when my next son goes

We had a great time at Teddi’s place. Gorgeous scenery. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 4. Kitchen is great and garage hang out area is a nice bonus.

I hope to stay at this home again sometime soon! So clean and stylish. The best house we’ve rented in the Catskills by far. Host super responsive. Thanks again!

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

Omer had a beautiful spot nestled high up on a hill overlooking the mountains 🏔️. I can promise you, being from the city, the pictures do not do the views justice! They’re absolutely stunning! Luckily we had couple of snowy days up there, where we were able to ski and enjoy some local eateries, so it made the scenery that much more romantic! The best was enjoying a drink or two in the hot tub and overlooking the scenic views of the mountains while the snow fell…couldn’t imagine a more perfect weekend getaway! I will be back up again!

This is a fantastic place for a large group to spend a holiday together. The property features a spacious dining table and plenty of toys and activities to keep kids entertained. Cooperstown’s downtown is just 10 minutes away and offers some great restaurants

I had an amazing stay at the Zen Cottage — peaceful, tranquil, and exactly what I needed for some deep work and strategic brainstorming. The atmosphere truly lives up to its name. The location is a gem: Phoenicia Diner (with absolutely delicious food) is just next door, and there’s so much to explore in the area. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and I have to say — their coffee might be the best I’ve ever had! I already know I’ll be back. This place is a hidden treasure.

Absolutely loved staying at Arin & Brian’s. This spot is perfect for people with kids/babies! There’s so much to do in the surrounding area including great coffee shops, places to eat & trails to hike. If you enjoy beer, West Kill Brewery is about ~30 mins out and is close by to the mountains if you ski / snowboard. 10/10 spot :)

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

2nd time staying here. Love the location and charm of the home. Great escape from NYC offering all you need - huge and well stocked kitchen, warm cozy fireplace, and great property/outdoor space.

I had a great time at Tracy’s place. The house was really new (much better than the photos). Location was amazing!

My husband and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to visit our son, his partner and our 18 month old grandson who recently moved to Franklin. Coming from Hawaii, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time indoors because of the cold temperatures in Franklin. We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s house. It was a creative haven, thoughtfully curated by an amazing artist. The home is spacious, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy making delicious meals and sleep soundly in comfortable beds. What made this home so special was how it was designed as a learning and play space for children. Our grandkids thrived coloring, writing, making puzzles, playing games, and engaging in play acting. Anna was communicative, receptive and available if we needed anything. The home, the artistry and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true gem in Franklin! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to connect with creativity and enjoy an enriching stay.

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

Amina’s home is beautiful and perfect for our weekend ski trip. We had 10 adults and one child. With five bedrooms and an extra bed in a spare room, we all had plenty of space and slept well on the very comfy beds. The house is gorgeous, so cozy and rustic, yet all updated with modern features and decor, bathrooms and kitchen clean and fully stocked. The provided wood for fireplace was a godsend, and the fireplace burned beautifully. Everything needed for preparing meals was provided, and a cute basket of goodies left for us was a nice welcome. Amina was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when returning to ski Windham!

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.
