We had an amazing time aboard the Zep Tepi! The boat is beautiful and spacious and the marina and setting are lovely! If you want to really get away and experience sleeping with the peaceful rocking of a boat, book this now! Chelsea was responsive and helpful as we got used to the workings of a boat too.

Cristhian's place was great. fun idea to stay on a boat pretty much in Fells Point. Plenty of walkable pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this stay. Thanks Cristhian!

Ryan's boat studio was a very fun and cozy experience for all four of us. It was our first boat stay, and the sense of adventure was exciting to all. The boat was spacious enough for two kids and two adults. The view from the Marina was breathtaking thanks to the spires and cupolas of Annapolis and boat masts. Excellent eateries within walking distance. Kids and I enjoyed playing basketball in a playground across the street (basketballs are available for public - no need to bring your own). We stayed in late November and the boat was warm due to effective heating system. I already miss sleeping in it lulled by the gentle waves.

Great value. The accomadations were relaxed and comfortable. I really appreciated being able to bring 3 well behaved dogs who enjoyed the boat as much we did. Of course the boat is dated, but no complaints there its in the title and description. Its not fancy but is charming and felt right at home. The boat itself lacks a degree of security, no way to really locknit down, but the dock is locked and we felt pretty safe. If you have older people or dogs be advised getting up and down the various ledges/steps can be challanging. The water pressure dipped, but to be fair we did not notify our host til after the visit and feel confident he will address for future guests. The mini fridge was super reasonable price on honor system. Have 2 seperate rooms and bathrooms was a nice surprise. Really enjoyed the unique welcoming stay.

This was our second time staying on the Kathleen Marie, and it was just as perfect as our first stay two years ago. She is cute, cozy, clean, and comfortable on the inside, but as we were blessed with gorgeous and warm late October weather, we spent most of our time outside on the upper and lower decks, enjoying uninterrupted views of the creek, the Severn River, and the Chesapeake Bay. What could compete with that?? Lena is a great host. We had a few questions along the way, and her responses were always prompt and helpful. This will always be our first choice for where to stay when visiting Annapolis!

Great weekend!! Boat was well maintained, spacious and clean. Loved sitting on the bow and relaxing with the morning. The boat had a fridge and freezer, good size for a boat! Marina was quiet, easy to access and the bathrooms were clean and bright. Hosts were responsive. Ate at Carson’s Creek for dinner and Bowley’s on the Bay for brunch. Good food and drinks in both locations. Carson’s had a live band which was cool, yet busy and loud.

Awesome experienced, had a special circumstance but he made it work for us. Never been on a boat before, so it was fun to be there, and he kept it warm for us with heaters. Would come again another time

My husband and I came for a little valentines get away. It was exactly what we neeeded. The space is so cute and cozy without being cramped. View out the back window from the bed was incredible. So peaceful and quiet. Very close to restaurants and night life without being so close to jeopardize tranquility. Def will stay again. Host was very responsive and helpful!
