House was super warm, cozy and comfortable. Great place to come back to after spending the day outside at Bilby Conservation Area.

Worth every penny. This is a place men would love to stay for a week of hunting instead of a hotel.

My son attends Northwest Missourri and we wanted to spend Thanksgiving with him. It was perfect. There was a lot more space than I expected. A good location for more family members to attend next year.

The house was exactly as described. Simple, quaint and peaceful. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Beverly also pointed us in the right direction for restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Chris was great and he accommodated our group of hunters. Facility worked great for processing our deer after the hunt. We’ll be back next season.

Gc was a wonderful host very attentive to our stay. Went above and beyond in regards to communicating with us. The location was by far lower priced then any other location in the area while still maintaining a comfortable safe place to stay. 100/10 would recommend to anyone traveling in the area!

Beverly was an amazing host. I was in town for a family emergency and needed to extend my stay and was able to do so. I appreciated everything Beverly did to accommodate my family. The house was clean and in great shape. I will stay here again during our next visit.

Very responsive host. Flexible and helpful upon check-in. We had a small issue in the house and host was responsive in checking out the issue. We will consider this place for our next visit.

Although our stay was short the accommodations were excellent. Newly renovated place with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely short stay as we were passing through for the night. Kristy went above and beyond to provide everything we would need including snacks and getting to feed the goats. We will definitely stay again if we are coming through the area.
