The hosts gave very clear instructions and reminders. The place was secured and very accessible to public transpo. Neighbors were friendly. The view of Mayon Volcano is a definite plus! There were kitchen tools that were available for us. Slippers and towels were also provided. The cabinet with hangers came in handy. Airconditioning works great amidst Legazpi’s warm weather. Ample sockets and good wifi connection.

La Playa is located within residential area, medyo papasok ung lugar. pero 10 mins walk lang pqpuntang National highway, where u can see the magnificent view of Mayon Volcano. Clean ung place, kaso walang elevator, so hinde pwede kapag may senior citizen kayong kasama.

Its easy to commute from his place. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops around too. Ariel is very welcoming and accommodating as well. The place is always clean and tidy. We had a nice stay in his place :)

Wonderfully felt really at home. It's clean and neat, peaceful and a good place to stay.. Will recommend this place to my family and friends, and will definitely booked again if we're traveling to Sorsogon again.

Our family lives very comfortably. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a kitchen for cooking and within walking distance of SM and the SITEX. When they left, took us to the SITEX. That's very sweet.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. we had a wonderful stay at this place. the space was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-maintained. the ambiance made us feel right at home, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. the location was also great, quiet yet convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

A place to be when in Masbate and glad to have found this place. First it’s private, located at the second floor at the fanily house. It has it’s own stairs. Good internet connectivity at 60mbps, I was able to work remotely with no issues at all. Split time AC which is cooler. Next, felt like home as an extended family. Jolene her sister and her family provided all you needed with fruits, coffee, hot water, and snacks, also loved their homemade Pao. Appreciate their generosity. A plus factor for me is the location, easy to find and my workstation is right in front of the Airport runway so you gotta see to sunrise and sunset. Also want to note that water supply is on and off but they have big water container so all good! Given a chance I will book this place again should I visit Masbate City.

So fast check in with clear instruction. Very clean , very comfortable, nice quite neighborhood, roof top access gives you the greatest view of mount mayon and the city. The host is Very accommodating with the free drinking water and the garbage. Fan and airconditioning working very good. They got everything you need. The place is near in city access to public market, malls, banks, and to the tourist spots you like is nearby within such as legazpi boulevard, cagsawa, museo de legazpi, etc. We enjoy our stay so much. They got free and safe parking too. Highly recommended .

We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!
