Yusuf est un excellent hôte, résidence privé disposant de plusieurs piscines et aires de jeux ainsi qu’une salle de sport. C’est notre deuxième séjour avec Yusuf, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil. À bientôt.

The host was super super nice. He showed us around and offered ua 2 keys and also offered help at anytime. We had an issue with one of the keys but he sent security immediately to help us. He offered help with transportation too. And guided us to how to walk all the way to taksim. The apartment was spacious and super clean. The pillows and the bed were so comfy too. Everything was so good honestly.

The place was great exactly as described. One small issue was the shower that wasn’t exactly great. The hosts were amazing and the room itself was quite amazing. The highlight for us was the private bath and sauna that made the trip so worth it. Would Highly Recommend!!!!

Merkezi bir lokasyonda, her yere kolayca ulaşabileceğiniz bir konaklama. Ev temiz ve oldukça iyi dekore edilmişti. Tum ihtiyaclar evde mevcuttu. Doga hanimin (Ev sahibinin) misafirperverliği sayesinde kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isterim ve tavsiye ederim!

I had a wonderful stay at Mikail’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Mikail was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. The amenities were well thought out, and I especially appreciated having a the projector in-front of one of the most cozy couches. The only minor downside was that the bathroom occasionally had a slight smell, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you Mikail for your hospitality! I’d gladly stay here again.”

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Thank you or everything Ksenia!! 🙏

Die Wohnung befindet sich hinter einer Wohnblock an der bekannten Bagdad Caddesi,durch diese Lage war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig das man morgens entspannt aufgestanden ist. Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten und Geschäfte wo man in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann.Kadıköy und Moda sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Viele Grüße an den Hausmeister Herrn Bilal der wirklich rund um die Uhr erreichbar war wie die Zeynep auch.Alle Fragen und Wünsche sind sehr schnell beantwortet und erfüllt worden.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet .Langer Rede kurzer Sinn,die Wohnung von Zeynep ist sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻

Stanza non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario, pulita, e in una posizione comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. L'host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile nonostante il nostro ritardo all' arrivo al check in, e si è sempre reso molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa

Sifonu tamir edilebilir. Işıklandırma daha aydın olabilir. Duş başlığı değiştirilebilir. Ekstra olarak eve kumtel soba alınabilir soğuk olduğu için. Eskicipazarda 500₺). Sigara kokusu baya yoğundu. 2 gün sonra anca gitti kokusu . Perdeler yıkanabilir. Havlu arttırılabilir. Temiz çarşaf eksikti. Bunun dışında hiçbir sıkıntı yok. Her şey yolundaydı.

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

I booked this place because of the amenities and proximity to lots of restaurants and cafes. It is very centrally located and walking distance to shops and Galata Tower. The security guard who is there 24-hours is very helpful and kind. I don’t speak Turkish and he doesn’t speak English, but he was able to understand what I needed. The unit is in a small complex of buildings where there is a garden in the middle. It was nice to smell fresh lavender and rosemary. The unit itself is very clean, has Netflix and Nespresso pods. We opted making our own coffee most days with the coffee maker. It was very convenient to have a washing machine, as I stayed for 2 weeks. I wish the place came with more towels. For my length of stay, washing our towels and laying them out to dry (as there is no clothes dryer) was a bit inconvenient. We also had to purchase our own tall kitchen trash bags, as the unit was not equipped with them. Overall a nice place and I would recommend for tourists.
