This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Dan's properties. As always, the location and accommodations were great!

Cute and cozy space with lots to do right outside the front door and within walking distance. We enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Loved being able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. A little noisy but knew this going in and honesty wasn’t as bad as I expected. Marcus was super responsive and great at communicating. Garage was full but stayed at a nearby lot across the street for $15. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we always look for in an Airbnb from a full length mirror to pretty good bathroom sink space, little night stands next to the bed and overall was super clean! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful location! The 2 flights of stairs was worth the climb. The space looks exactly like the photos and it is located right in the heart of Cincy. There are restaurants and bars right downstairs and it is a 7 minute drive from. Payor stadium. This space was the perfect fit for my travel to the Cincinnati Music Festival. Loved the walkable neighborhood, clear instructions, bright and inviting space, and all the basic amenities provided. And it was shockingly quiet at night despite being in a bustling area of town with a big beer fest happening while we were there. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Christy’s Airbnb! It truly is right on the market!! Parking was a little tricky, since it was cold we opted to pay for parking close by instead of use the parking garage available. Wish we’d known of that expense going into it to budget better. Overall a great stay and a VERY clean space. Loved it! 🎉

Wonderful stay, super short drive across the river to lots of stuff to do in Cincinnati. Peaceful & quiet, plenty of space for a short weekend trip. Try out Wayfarer Tavern a few blocks down for some killer pizza. So good we had it 2x in 2 days.

This property is awesome for those wanting to really experience the heart of Cincinnati. It’s right next to the free tram and local shopping area that has history and renovation.

Overall this place is great! Good location that's close enough to OTR and downtown, but on a quiet street. The house is lovely, quaint and comfortable. The view from the patio is great. The back yard is a rare gem for traveling pets. Thanks Ben for being an awesome host!

This place was BEAUTIFUL! the first thing my boyfriend said was, “wow!” at the view from our balcony at night. It was a very cozy and clean place and Katrina was very helpful with any questions! Will definitely come back!

The host was quick to respond and gave detailed directions for my stay. We were given multiple options as far as parking. The air bnb was very clean and looked just like the pictures! It was very simple to get inside and we didn’t have any issues with getting in. Would definitely book to stay here again!

We had a great stay! Robby’s place was just as pictured, with a huge selection of games. The location was convenient and walkable for all we wanted to do. Robby was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

This place was comfortable and comfortable, and the surroundings were very safe. Perfect for a family stay. There's plenty of parking. Daniel guided us in detail, so we had no inconvenience during our two-week stay. If you're traveling to Cincinnati, I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place! Walking distance to several locations in otr. Short drive to madtree brewing and kenwood mall. The number on the outside of the gated alley you need to get in is 313. I got there late after it was already dark so had a slight delay locating the correct entrance but soon figured it out. There are parking meters located just outside the gate you need to enter. You can pay at the meter or use the passport parking app. Parking was free from 9pm until 9am. I used the app to pay for the time that I was parked there during the day. The lockbox is located inside the gate once you have buzzed through using the keypad. If you turn around once you are inside the gate and are looking at the back of the gate, the lockbox will be on your left.* The home was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities. The keurig came in handy. Love the tall ceilings and the overall aesthetic. Would definitely stay again in the future when planning a trip to OTR.

Jaci’s place was fantastic! I felt right at home immediately. It had all the amenities I needed, and I was able to hop around and walk around to all the spots in Over The Rhine really easily!! Will stay again!

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

Lovely little hideaway with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the city. Close to local establishments and walkable neighborhood.

We had a great time and needed a place last minute to stay for the night. The hosts were very helpful and stretched their work day out to help us get their place.

Great views of the Cincy skyline. Walked to hofbrauhaus, brothers, pins and OTR.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

I had an amazing stay at Saranyaa’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the location was perfect for my trip. Saranyaa was a great host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cincinnati. Thanks for a fantastic experience!
