Maspalomas : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Fijne bungalow die ruim genoeg is voor 2 a 3 personen. De slaapkamer heeft een open verbinding met de woonkamer als er dus een derde persoon op de slaapbank slaapt is er wat minder privacy. De ruimte is schoon, de locatie van de bungalow is 1800 meter van het centrum van Playa Del Ingles of de vuurtoren van Maspalomas. Het verouderde winkelcentrum Faro 2 is vlakbij en daar zijn een aantal restaurants en supermarkt te vinden. De ligging is rustig. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep uitstekend en we konden met de juiste codes eenvoudig toegang krijgen tot de bungalow. We hebben hier een prima tijd gehad.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft, wunderschön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist auch perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Es war zudem super sauber und gepflegt. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Check in war flexibel möglich. Die Lage ist ganz gut, praktisch ist der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Jedoch befindet sich die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet, daher hat man keine besondere Aussicht, dies war aber auch nicht anderst beschrieben :) Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen fast zu groß, man hat sich manchmal etwas „einsam“ gefühlt. Für 4 Personen optimal. Sonst eine schöne und großzügige Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Juan et Vanessa ! Leur maisonnette est un véritable havre de paix. L'endroit est magnifique, confortable, et impeccablement propre. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. Le grand jardin et la piscine sont de vrais bonus, parfait pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Juan et Vanessa sont des hôtes incroyablement attentionnés et accueillants, toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils locaux et rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, au milieu de splendides paysages, idéal pour se reposer tout en étant proche de Las Palmas. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt ! Merci encore pour tout !

En fantastisk bolig optimal til den store familie. Vi var 4 generationer og der var god plads til alle. Både køkken, stue og udendørs arealer var perfekte til familie hygge. Helt optimalt at poolen var indhegnet og vi kunne derfor nyde udendørs arealerne fuldt ud også med familiens yngste. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage. Det tager ca 15 min at gå til indkøbscenteret og nemt at tage en billig taxa retur, når man har købt stort ind.

It was a very pleasant stay at Giulio's apartment. everything well organized at a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, plus the place also had enough space for our group to remote work from there. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or do some of the other activities it was offered, so plenty of more to do in a next time. Thanks Lucie, for the prompt responses as well.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für 2 Personen benötigt. Lena und ihr Mann haben sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert, bei Bedarf waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und kurzfristig vor Ort. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super séjour dans magnifique appartement très bien exposé. Les petits déjeuners au soleil en tee shirt sur la terrasse le matin, le top en ce début mars . Jhon joignable très facilement. Tout était parfait.

Viihdyimme kohteessa erityisen hyvin. Olohuoneesta mahtavat näkymät ja pihan allasalue loistava. Astioita oli riittävästi kokkailuun ja liinavaatteet jsekä pyyhkeet miellyttävät. Busseilla oli helppoa ja edullista liikkua alueella.

Great apartment within good walking distance to everything. Lidia was really proactive in her communication, so when we needed some extra linen (because I hadn’t read the instructions properly) she was able to get it sorted. Would recommend.

Une vue incroyable sur le soleil couchant chaque soir, Une terrasse exceptionnelle, Une cuisine intérieure équipée et fonctionnelle, une extérieure très pratique, L'accès privatif au complexe hôtelier et ses piscines ( dont celle à débordement avec vue sur l'océan ), Un lieu magique pour des vacances de rêve, voilà ce que nous retiendrons de ce super séjour. Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons! Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils.

Überragend schöne Lage! Ruhige Nachbarn (zumeist Eigentümer). Gute Grundausstattung! Couch kann spielend leicht in Bett umgewandelt werden. Stets angenehme Kommunikation mit Nathalie/Eric/Katharina möglich und zügige und freundliche Reaktion (zB bei schlecht funktionierendem Abfluss im Spülbecken des Bades kurzfristig Handwerker geschickt, der einige Verbesserung erzielt hat). Kleines Manko, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers konstruktionsbedingt nicht direkt nach Außen führt sondern durch die Küche. Die Ruhe und die Lage mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen hat alle Kleinigkeiten ausgeglichen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. La grande terrasse ensoleillée du matin au soir y est pour beaucoup!:) L’appartement est idéalement situé, entre le Yumbo Centre et la plage. Il n’y a pas de place de parking, mais on peut se garer facilement et gratuitement aux alentours.

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

We have just returned from a lovely week away in Carmens apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of added extras oils,seasoning, Foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc. The wine and water were gratefully received 😊. Communication from Carmen was exceptional and when I requested a taxi to take us to the airport this was organised promptly. The complex is lovely excellent pool and lots of sun beds, easy access to the beach. A few restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bigger selection in Bahia Feliz which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away along the coast or 5 mins by bus. I would fully recommend booking and will be likely to return in the future

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Alicias Appartment! Wir waren mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter für 2 Wochen da und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Hochstuhl und Reisebett wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Da unser Flieger Verspätung hatte, könnten wir erst 3h später in der Unterkunft sein. Das war überhaupt kein Problem: Eka, die "housekeeping" Dame, hat uns freundlich und warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut ausgestattet! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können dieses Appartment in dieser Anlage vor allem Familien mit kleinen Kinder empfehlen. (Umzäunte Anlage mit wenig Treppenstufen, komplett umzäunter (jedoch unbeheizter) Pool inkl Kinderbecken, ruhige Umgebung, Lage direkt am Strand, nur 20min zum Flughafen mit dem Auto)

We spent 4 weeks here in January/February. We were met by Silvia’s father Gilberto who was kind and helpful. Silvia was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Silvia had provided a welcome pack of fruit, juice, water, ham and cheese, cooking essentials. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work. The balcony is in the shade during the winter but it was lovely to sit in the cool looking at the beautiful view of the sea and hearing it crash on the shore. There is a great pool and communal sunbathing area where you can lie in the sun overlooking the beach. The location of Playa del Águila is very quiet and peaceful, one good restaurant a few minutes walk away. It was a flat 20 minutes walk along the front to Bahia Feliz which has a beach bar and about 5 good restaurants. It is more of a strenuous walk to reach San Agustin which has plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is a few minutes away with excellent service along the coast. Loved our stay.

Wunderschönes Appartement und tolle Terrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt und alles ist schnell erreichbar. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden definitiv ein 2. Mal wiederkommen.

Wir 4 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war, bis auf die stark befahrene Straße direkt hinter dem Haus, ideal. Monica war immer erreichbar, Luca sofort hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Wir bekamen ausreichend Handtücher, Spülmittel und Leckereien. Vielen lieben Dank, liebe Monica!

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

Hôtes sympathiques , réactif dès que l’on a une question. Et l’appartement très bien décoré, d’une propreté. Je recommandes Merci à Bjorn et John pour leur accueil . À bientôt
