Maspalomas : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

We had a very pleasant stay. Leticia is a very good hote, very reactive and sympatical. The house is very clean and well equiped. It s 10 min walk to the beach and near a big complex providing restaurants , bars and shops. We warmly recomend the house and the hote.

Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Check-in und Check-out konnten flexibel abgesprochen werden. Die Unterkunft verfügt im Erdgeschoss über ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Gästebad mit Dusche. Oben gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad mit einer großen Dusche (top Wasserdruck). Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der Terrasse und dem Whirlpool (25€ Aufpreis/Tag) gebucht. Dort hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre, einen großen überdachten Essbereich, leider aktuell nur eine Sonnenliege (es soll aber wieder eine zweite dazu kommen) und den Whirlpool. Am Whirlpool darf man die Temperatur nicht verändern, aber Licht und Düsen anstellen. Außerdem vor dem betreten Duschen. Das Wasser wird nach jedem Gast gewechselt. Außerdem gibt es einen Gasgrill, der super funktioniert hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch sonst mussten wir nichts kaufen. Wir haben das Haus unglaublich sauber vorgefunden, sowas ist echt selten.

Mooi ruime bungalow, alles was netjes en goed schoon, goeie bedden en kasten om je spullen in op te bergen en in elke ruimte is er een airco aanwezig. In de keuken is ook van alles aanwezig. Jammer dat het zwembad niet was verwarmd.

The townhouse was the same as discarded. The host was always online. The only one problem was internet 🛜 connection, let’s say its literally didn’t work. Just in few specific places in the apartment and not really speedy. But as far as I understand this is general problem in whole island. 🏝️

Excellent accueil sur place par la très sympathique Marian, très bonne communication. Bel ppartement en duplex, juste au dessus de l'eau, très propre, très clair, bien équipé, y compris le nécessaire basique (huile, condiments, produits ménagers, etc). Pas de parking réservé, mais aucun problème de stationnement gratuit alentours (début Avril).

Todo ha estado genial, excepto que dos habitaciones están en la parte de abajo de la casa con muy poquita ventilación y luz. El resto como se ve en las fotos. La dueña ha tenido el detalle de hacer el checkout más tarde porque estábamos teletrabajo y nuestro vuelo salía tarde.

Great place to stay, comfy, clean with everything to hand if you wanted to cater for yourselves. Swimming pool literally round the corner. Within walking distance of both Maspoloma and Meloneras. Great restaurants. Bus stop just outside for local travel or there are plenty of taxis available. Paul was great, friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed and hopefully will return next year. What a dream! We loved staying in Elenas place. Bein able to see the stars at night and hearing nothing around you was like therapy. Everything in the house was well taken care of and worked fine. I hope we can come back one day.

Logement idéalement placé pour profiter de la plage et visiter l’île.

El apartamento tenía muchísimas más cosas de las que podríamos imaginar nada olbligatorias para alquilar como lavavajillas, secadora, sillita de paseo de niño, trona, elevadores de niño para el coche, 2 neveras grandes, bolsa para bajar a la playa, etc. El dueño ha sido muy atento en todo momento, nos recomendó un montón de sitios y ninguno nos defraudó, nos dejó una botella de vino de obsequio y todo tipo de productos de limpieza, mil toallas... Si volvemos a la isla sin duda repetiremos!! Un placer Jafet!!!

Wir waren im Februar als Pärchen in der Unterkunft. Was uns sofort aufgefallen ist: es war sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden gewesen, inkl Handtücher usw. Die Einrichtung war hübsch und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alex hat uns einige Tipps für Restaurants und Urlaubszielen geben, die wir sonst verpasst hätten. Da es drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder/Toiletten gibt ( zwei im Obergeschoss) kann man auch mit mehreren Kindern oder mehrere Pärchen reisen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz. Am Nachmittag kann man sich in der Sonne vor die Tür setzen. Die Unterkunft ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten von Agate und 20 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt. Den Supermarkt erreicht man in 8 Minuten, Brötchen gibt es täglich in Agate. Sehr schön. Das Auto parkt man vor der Tür auf deinen privaten Parkplatz. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch von Gran Canaria wieder hier vorbeischauen, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Armando was an amazing host from start to finish - very friendly, helpful and informative. Casa Bella Lucia is furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout with everything provided for a very enjoyable stay. Sea views from the terrace made a very pleasant vista whilst enjoying a coffee in the morning. Parking was not an issue. All in all a relaxing week. Thank you Armando 🙃

Our stay was perfect all round. The flat is nice large and equipped with everything you need. The hosts were super friendly. In addition to a guided tour of their fruit plantation, the host's recommendations were also very good. The location is ideal for hiking. Wine and coffee lovers also have plenty to discover. All in all, perfect experience

Zeer mooi accommodatie met zeer rustige omgeving. Leuk contact met Carmen die zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk was. Zeker aan te raden.

Schöne und geräumige Unterkunft. Gut gelegen nahe der Altstadt von Agaete und in fußläufiger Distanz zu Puerto de las Nieves (Strand). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns Kinderstuhl und Babybett vorbereitet und sogar einen Willkommenssnack für den kleinen besorgt. Vielen Dank!

Nice little townhouse with a big front porch with a very nice view over the PR valley. Wifi worked great our whole stay. We were in duplex 52 (not 69 as the listing says). Big TV, well equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. The beds are hard (as they often are on Gran Canaria). It's maybe 1 km walk from the bus station and you need to climb a lot of stairs, so a taxi is recommended when you arrive. The pool is unheated so pretty chilly in December. You can find a big Mercadona down the street and there is a bag with wheels in the house for grocery shopping. Overall good value for 100€ / night.

Magda s apartment was the perfect place for our winter Sun get away. Lots of lovely beaches close by (5 min drive). Comfy well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony and comfy furniture. Also there were many great restaurants in the nearby village and resorts.

J'ai passé presque trois excellentes semaines de vacances dans ce beau logement extrêmement propre, calme et bien situé (le meilleur emplacement que j'ai eu sur l'île). Il est situé au milieu du complexe Santa Ana très bien entretenu. Vraiment rien à reprocher, tout correspond, le descriptif comme les photos. Le contact avec Erisleydy s'est bien passé et elle s'est montrée flexible quant aux horaires. Sur place, j'ai rencontré également deux gestionnaires qui m'ont bien accueilli. A recommander sans hésiter !

We had a lovely stay at Enzo's property, it is in a great location and easily walkable to both Maspalomas and Meloneras. We appreciated Enzo being flexible with our check in/out, which we had to change due to our flight times changing. Enzo was always quick to respond to messages. The complex was quiet, which suited us and the pool and pool area were fantastic and very clean. We would highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft von Tanichev ist sehr sauber und schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man hat es nicht weit zum Strand, an der Promenade gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten viele schöne Erinnerungen sammeln.

This apartment is gorgeous. We liked the stunning views, the 2 balconies which get full sun for much of the day, the light airy and spacious lay out of the apartment, the designated parking space, the big comfortable bed, the washing machine, the dishwasher and big fridge freezer. The perfect place to kick back and enjoy the sunshine! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and very quiet. Lisbhert was very easy to communicate with and has everything well organised. This apartment would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues as the interior steps are quite steep. Also the 15 min walk to Arquinequin beach is very steep. We drove to the beach instead. There were always parking spaces. Arquinequin is a pleasant town that retains its Canarian character and has not been turned into a tourist theme park. We would definitely come back.

Fuimos por temas de trabajo y no pudimos disfrutar del área exterior, pero todo estaba muy bien. Señalar que las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y proporcionan un buen descanso.

We loved our stay at Isla Bonitas. A beautiful, peaceful area. The home was super clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Antonella was very flexible with check in and out times and very helpful in helping us find a good deal for car rentals! Which we recommend if you want to see lots of sites around the island. The home is just a short drive to the beaches of maspalomas and other areas. We would definitely recommend this home away from home! Thanks Antonella :)
