Siamo stati divinamente bene. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura per i particolari, è dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Ogni sera, guardare il tramonto dal magnifico terrazzino, è stato un sogno impagabile, la vista è di una bellezza struggente. Lola è stata super accogliente, molto empatica e professionale, mi è sembrato di conoscerla da sempre. Un posto del cuore. Siamo grati per tutto. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos! Très grand et très propre, la vue sur la terrasse est magnifique! Les hôtes étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Comme dans la plupart des logements d’italie, des bouchons peuvent être utiles, car les voisins parlent et ont leur chien à l’extérieur vers 23h. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Levanto, l’appartement était super et l’accueil était chaleureux! Merci!

Very nice view overlooking the bay. Be prepared to climb 103 steps from the street level by my count. Worth the effort however. To be fair almost anywhere you stay in C.T. Will require going up many steps.

L’appartamento è in una delle zone più belle e più comode di Livorno: nella piccola ‘Venezia’ con canali e barche, vicino al porto e nel centro città, con i migliori ristoranti sotto casa. L’appartamento è in uno stabile appena ristrutturato (come lo stesso appartamento) con uno stile moderno, essenziale e molto comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Vi torneremo sicuramente.

My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

This apartment was perfect for our overnight stay. 1 minute walk to the Main Street in town and really close to water as well. The kitchen area was cute and had everything we needed. Large bathroom & bedrooms. Instructions for finding the apartment were perfect-we never would have found it otherwise! There are definitely a few steep stairs to get up there, as described. But the whole town is full of steep stairs!

Casa in ottima posizione per accesso alle piste e alle altre attività e negozi. Casa pulita,comoda e calda. Non avrei dubbi a prenotare l'appartamento per un nuovo soggiorno in zona. Grazie

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich makellose Sauberkeit! Gabriele ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber! Er versüßte uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen aber feinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, Tee, Duschgel, ein schöner Blumenstrauß) und vergewisserte sich mehrmals proaktiv, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Wir fünf hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist wundervoll, um etwas zu unternehmen. Außerdem war es schön ruhig (bis auf die Gäste über uns, die leider früh morgens am rum trampeln waren). Nada war wirklich wunderbar! Sie antwortet sofort und bei einem kleinen Problem, war sie sofort vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We love Maria and her place. Super easy to get to from Train. Bright, cheerful, clean place. Easy walking to anything. Maria is so personal, friendly. She responded and helped us with anything. we would definitely go back to her place.

Ottimo alloggio. Molto spazioso e pulito. Un po’ difficile da individuare ma l’host ci ha aiutato anche a tarda sera. Ci ha anche offerto delle bottiglie di acqua fresca. Consigliato!!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Giovanni was an incredible host! Highly communicative, incredibly kind, and highly considerate. His recommendations were wonderful, and he worked extensively with us when we had personal travel issues. His home is in the perfect location, with gorgeous views and a five minute walk from the train station. This may be my favorite place I have ever stayed, could not recommend more!!!!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

We can’t rave enough about Marusca and her apartment. The first floor was a treat because of our suitcases. The apartment was way bigger and better than the pictures depicted. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. I especially loved how comfortable the bed was. Additionally the 2 bathrooms were amazing as was the plumbing (sometimes not-so-great in italy.) The backyard was the biggest plus of all. She’s got herbs growing all over and it really is a tranquil respite in the middle of this artsy city. We were in town over the weekend and we didn’t experience any unchecked noise or discomfort. The kids gather by the church to hang out on the weekends, so it gets a little busy-but we loved that part. Marusca was really helpful with the check in and it shows how much she loves to host. We can’t wait to come back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
